NEW ONLINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Drive the growth of new online business models, with the focus on GT online
& Omni channel of Modern Trade. Work closely externally (customers), and
internally with Modern Trade team and ecommerce team to set up
process/relationship/trading terms.
1. Responsibilities
- Lead and Drive new online biz models together with KAMs and internal
stakeholders, to ensure IDP successfully set up a clear business structure and
plan with customers.
- Ensure dedicated activity plan is well integrated in the AOP in the top
Customer plan
- Ensure clear activity planning for each model, to be discussed and aligned
in Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Customers
- Lead the budget proposal to get budget supporting for new models (both
marketing and trade)
- Ensure the implementation of key activities (top 5 key events by
customers) through proper co-ordination with relevant teams: Brand
marketing, Trade Marketing, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Media etc..
- Measure the success of new online biz models by customer and partner:
monthly and FY sales and sales contribution
- Make sure that the assortment and commercial strategy reflected in action
plan.
2. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of new online business models from brand site for
eCommerce, related role of FMCG companies
• Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing: livestream,
digital media, eContent, digital customer research.
• Firm understanding of Ecommerce solutions and all performance
tactics
• A proven track record of successful campaigns
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker and problem solver
3. Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s Degree
• Direct experience building a new online business model capability from
scratch
