Human resources (HR) is a business division that manages the employee life
cycle. HR's responsibilities include recruiting, training, and compensating
employees, as well as maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities
Recruitment: Finding and hiring qualified candidates for open
positions
Training: Providing training and orientation for new employees

 Through 8weeks of internship, I have grown tremendously in a professional way.


 I went extra mile to discover my talents in talent acquisition side of hr by being
responsible for all internship vacancies, guaranteeing a smooth circulation of
interns in the company and also by taking over a few more tasks to get out of my
comfort zone.
 I took ownership of my tasks and took care of them from start to finish. I handled
different tasks at the same time and turned stressful situations to memorable ones.
I realized my talents to work more productively under stress.
