WHEREAS, the Principal has entered into a Loan Agreement dated 19 APRIL
2025with the Attorney for a loan amount of

1. POWERS GRANTED
The Principal hereby irrevocably appoints FinDial Solution India as the true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact with full authority to do the
following in the event of the Principal’s default under the Loan Agreement:
1. Manage Collateral:
Take possession of any property or collateral pledged by the Principal under the Loan Agreement.
Execute, transfer, or sell such collateral to recover the outstanding loan amount.
2. Execute Legal Documents:
Sign, execute, and deliver any agreements, deeds, or other documents necessary for enforcement of the Loan Agreement.
Apply for registration or de-registration of any property or security interest associated with the collateral.
3. Initiate and Manage Legal Proceedings:
File legal actions, suits, or claims to recover outstanding loan amounts, including appointing legal counsel.
Defend against any claims or disputes related to the Loan Agreement or collateral.
4. Access Financial Information:
Access financial records, bank statements, and other relevant documentation from financial institutions, regulatory b
odies, or government agencies.
5. Enforce Recovery Actions:
Take any lawful action necessary to recover unpaid amounts, including appointing agents or representatives.
6. Other Necessary Actions:
Perform any additional acts or execute documents required to enforce the Loan Agreement or recover amounts due to the Att
orney.

This Power of Attorney is granted irrevocably and is binding on the Principal, their heirs, successors, executors, administrators, and
assigns. The Principal waives the right to revoke or terminate this Power of Attorney for any reason until the obligations under the Loa
Agreement are fully discharged.

. LIMITATIONS AND INDEMNITY
1. Scope of Authority:
Attorney shall act only within the scope of authority granted under this Power of Attorney and in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Non-Liability:
Attorney shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Principal as a result of actions taken in good faith
under this Power of Attorney.
3. Indemnification:
Principal agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Attorney against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from actions
taken pursuant to this Power of Attorney.

4. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION
1. This Power of Attorney shall become effective immediately upon execution by the Principal.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

arising under this Power of Attorney shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
