Reflection # (3)

Summary

This week, we participated in several in-class activities and had a quick introduction to our course.
Throughout these activities, we had fun talking about our expectations, the reasons we picked the
course, and our aspirations, among other things. The exam and chapter on the terrible sales exercise
and writing with effect in an organisation were the next things we opted to move on to.

Team Reflection and Group Dynamics

The group assignment is one of the primary settings for class cooperation. It emphasises several elements,
including complete participation from all students, the need for high standards to achieve our goals, and
the examination of the various sources available. This week, there was much more clarity on the team
dynamics and the goals; people were conversing, taking the initiative, doing research, and exchanging
ideas. To give group members a detailed explanation of what is expected of them all, a code of conduct
has been developed for them to follow during the semester. Discussion topics included participation,
communication, problem-solving, meeting procedures, project logs, and plagiarism. Mandatory
participation calls for prolonged satisfaction.

Action Learning
The most crucial element of a cooperative effort is collaboration. I consider myself to be a devoted and
responsible team member because I think that everyone in our group should be accountable for
successfully and on time finishing the group assignment. I think I'd be good at gathering knowledge,
therefore that's what I want to do. I believe I can discover important project-related information with ease
and speed. Good information is essential for a project to be of the best calibre. I'll start by figuring out
what information the project needs. It would be advantageous to break the action up into more
manageable activities to better manage the information gathering process. I'll get the information from
many other places, including books, journals, and the internet. I would eliminate the other information
and only offer the information that is necessary for the post. I'll search all the data for any information
that is needed for the project but is lacking. I'm curious as to whether my group members would like to
contribute any more pertinent material or if they would prefer that any extraneous information be
removed.

Personal Leadership, Motivational Style, and Application

I feel that my prospects of success in such a role would be diminished because creating reports demands
technical writing abilities, which I still need to develop. Also, it requires familiarity with the scope and
core information contained in the report. For users to acquire the information they need, reports' organised
material must be simple to access. In addition to other elements, the report must include a title, summary,
introductions, body, and conclusion. For readers to grasp the report, the wording should be simple. Speak
to a fellow group member if you believe something needs to be fixed. to be done next week too. I have
completed most of the tasks and objectives of this week.
