NANISS CALLS ON STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN SECOND BATCH OF SCHOLARSHIP BOARD


PHYSICAL VERIFICATION EXERCISE

The National Association of Niger State Students (NANISS NHQs) wishes to inform all
Niger State students that the Niger State Scholarship Board has officially
announced the commencement of the second batch of the physical verification and
authentication exercise for 2025 bursary applicants. The verification exercise is
scheduled to begin on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

This physical verification targets students from tertiary institutions within the
state who applied for the scholarship but are yet to be captured in the initial
verification phase.
We encourage all concerned students to ensure full compliance and timely attendance
with the required documents for successful verification.
Institutions Involved in the Second Batch:
1. College of Nursing Science, Kontagora
2. Federal College of Wildlife Management, New Bussa
3. College of Agriculture, Mokwa
4. University of Education, Kontagora
5. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU), Lapai
6. College of Nursing Science and Midwifery, Minna
7. Justice Fatimah Lami College of Administration and Islamic Studies, Minna
8. Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto (affiliated with COE, Minna
9. Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria (affiliated with COE, Minna)
10. IBBU, Lapai (Affiliated)
11. ABU, Zaria (affiliated with University of Education, Kontagora)

Required Documents for Verification:

Note: All students must present originals and photocopies of the following:
1. Admission letter
2. Student identification card
3. Letter of local government of origin
4. Receipt of last school payment
5. Printout of acknowledgment slip from the Scholarship Board

Affiliated students must also bring:


1. BVN printout
2. At least one month’s bank statement
NANISS National headquarters urges all students concerned to treat this exercise
with utmost seriousness and cooperate fully with the officials for a smooth and
successful process.
