INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. Candidates are advised to bring their own Transparent Water Bottles if required.
2. The candidate should bring Aadhaar Card alongwith Admit Card for Entrance Examination.
3. The candidate should report at the examination centre atleast 30 Minutes before the commencement of the
examination.
4. The candidate should use only Black/Blue ballpoint pen for giving answer on the OMR Answer sheet in the
examination. Use of pencil is strictly prohibited.
5. The candidate should read the instructions very carefully given on Question booklet as well as OMR Answer sheet,
before giving answers.
6. The candidate must preserve the Admit Card till the counselling is over.
7. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination hall before handing over the Question Booklet and Answer
sheet to the Invigilator concerned.
8. Calculators, Log Tables, Calculation Devices, Communication Devices like Cellular Phone/Pager/Tablet/Smart Watch
etc. and any related material are not allowed in the Examination Hall.
9. If a candidate is found in possession of electronic device like Cellular Phone/Pager/Tablet/Smart Watch/calculator
during the examination, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
10. Candidates are advised to check the Entrance test appearing for and group of paper on the admit card as per their
application. For any clarification, contact the Controller of Examination immediately.
11. For results and counselling dates log on the University Portal: www.gbpuat.org.in
12. The candidates are advised to check their eligibility from the Prospectus carefully for the programme for which
they have applied before appearing in the Entrance Examination. They will not be allotted the seat even if they
qualify the entrance examination in case they do not possess eligibility for the same.
