This Seminar “Identification of real needs of a customer” Program, organized by,
Dr .D.C.Jullie Josephine,HOD/IT. Dr.Beulah David, Professor/CSE, Saveetha
School of Engineering, Thandalam is the resource persons in this event. The
seminar conducted offline on 13 March 2025, from 2.30 PM to 3:45 PM at CSE
Seminar Hall.
The event is organized to second and third-year IT students, with Principal
Dr.C.Ramesh Babudurai and Head of the department Dr.D.C.Jullie Josephine,
addressed.
The seminar “Identification of Real Needs of a Customer” is based on

techniques, and consultative selling. It draws from fields like marketing, sales,
