INTERNSHIP REPORT

PROFILE:

Name – I.M. KAWSALYAA

Institute – VIT, Chennai
Course – ECE

LEARNING:

My overall learning from this internship is networking and communication. This internship
helped me bring new skills (people skills, practical knowledge, and hands-on experience with
sensors). I had great exposure and fulfilled learning experience.

CHALLENGES:

The Challenge I faced during the internship was not having a piece of deep knowledge of the
electronics field. I brushed up on basic electronics after joining here it helped me to understand
more about making mini-projects.

EXPERIENCE:

The activities I was involved in or engaged in during my internship tenure are ;

1. Automatic water dispenser
2. A Dancing robot
3. Smart dustbin
4. Solar tracking system using Arduino
5. Human follower

SUGGESTIONS:

There can be sessions or weekend online classes, for 10th,11th & 12th students also. Because
students from 6th to 9th who worked with electronics will eventually forget in higher secondary
due to complete variation in subjects. What they learned should be applied in the future or else
there is no use in learning new concepts.

OTHERS:

The best part of this internship is that I can communicate this well. Never in my life have I taught
someone, it was a great teaching and learning experience for me. I recommend more college
students join this internship and make use of this opportunity well. I would like to thank my
mentors Ms. Abisha, Ms. Ramalakshmi & Ms. Sankida for making me a better-skilled person.

Thank you SRF for giving me this opportunity.
