1. It is humbly submitted that the 5® Respondent. Maneesh Pachisia S/o
Motilal. Shubham Technology . 2™ Floor , Bishop Jerome Nagar, Kollam
had filed a Complaint against the petitioner 1 in this CRMC and five
other individuals at Kollam East Police Station and it is registered as
458/DPTN/22/P1. After enquiry and on the statement given by the 5%
respondent orally it is verified that the cash transaction( non —bank
transaction) had been done at his house at Thangassery, which is within
the jurisdiction of Kollam West Police Station, and hence he was
directed to Kollam West Police Station and the petition is transferred to
Kollam West Police Station. oo
