Site preparation, including foundation work, leveling, Scaffolding ,
Transport and access arrangements, shall be the client's responsibility.
Payments shall be made in favor of Tesco Structures LLP.
Payments must adhere to the agreed schedule.
Final billing will be based on actual site measurements.
Any additional work or materials not specified in this proposal will be
charged separately.
GST 18% Extra.
50% Against PO, 40% after Erection of Material, 10% After
completion of work.
Two sets of tensile structure GA drawings shall be provided within
two weeks of order confirmation and advance payment.
The client must review and return one approved set within one week.
Delays in approval may affect the project timeline.
Any modifications after approval shall result in additional costs and
potential delivery delays.
Electricity and water shall be provided at the site at no cost during
installation.
Accommodation for erection personnel, including food and necessary
facilities, shall be arranged by the client.
Anchor bolts, footings, and RCC pedestals for tensile structure
foundations are excluded unless specified in the scope.
Adequate space for material storage and safe working conditions shall
be ensured by the client.
Site readiness, including foundation completion, clearing, and access
for equipment movement, is the client's responsibility.
False ceiling or additional interior finishes are not included in this
proposal.
Any delays caused by site conditions, permissions, or client-supplied
materials may affect the project timeline.
This proposal shall remain valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
Any extension beyond the validity period may require a revised quote
to account for material cost fluctuations or market changes.
Any changes to approved tensile fabric, structural design, or
specifications shall directly impact pricing and project timelines.
Requests for major design alterations post-approval may require
additional time for technical adjustments and revised cost estimates.
Any modifications to the defined tensile structure scope of work will
result in revised pricing and possible delivery delays.
Scope changes must be documented and mutually agreed upon before
implementation.
Work orders may not be canceled without mutual written agreement.
In the event of cancellation, a minimum of 5% of the contract value
shall be charged.
If cancellation occurs after fabric procurement or cutting has
commenced, the client will be liable for actual costs incurred.
Production shall commence only upon receipt of approved tensile
structure drawings and financial confirmation.
Orders not released for production within two months shall be subject
to price escalation.
Delayed approvals or incomplete financial arrangements may affect
production timelines.
Shipments shall be processed only after financial obligations are
fulfilled as per the agreed terms.
Orders not shipped within three months shall be subject to price
escalation.
Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen
circumstances.
Tesco shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, or permit-
related issues arising from circumstances beyond its control.
The client shall ensure site readiness, permissions, and approvals
before installation commences.
Tesco shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation
due to unforeseen events such as:
Extreme weather conditions impacting tensile structure installation.
Government regulations or changes in building codes.
The client is encouraged to maintain regular communication to ensure
smooth project execution.
Clear timelines for approvals, payments, and site readiness will help
avoid potential delays.
