c. Attach a copy of the deposit slip for the application fee of MK10, 000

NOTES:
1. For candidates with special needs, state your disability in the space below.
2. Tuition Fees per semester for Bachelor Programme is MK550, 000 for day release and MK450, 00 for weekend and
block release
3. Tuition Fees for Diploma Programmes is MK350, 000 per programme, for weekend and block release only.
4. Tuition Fees for Certificate Programmes is MK200, 000 per programme
5. Limited accommodation space on first come first serve at a fee of MK100, 000.00 per Semester for the generic and
MK6, 500.00 per day for the weekends
6. Others fees/semester: MK7, 500 for internet, MK3, 500 for library and MK6, 000 for student identity card.
