⚖️Notice of Sovereign Standing and Rebuttal of Legal Presumptions

By a Living Man/Woman on the Land – Under English Common Law

Preamble

I, a living man/woman, standing on the land of England, do hereby

serve lawful notice that I reject any and all presumptions,
assumptions, or applications of jurisdiction over my person or
property without clear, lawful, and voluntary agreement.

This notice is given in the spirit and authority of:

 Magna Carta 1215 (particularly Clauses 1, 13, and 39)

 Petition of Right 1628

 Bill of Rights 1689

 Habeas Corpus Act 1679

 Act of Settlement 1701

 Common Law principles

 Equity and Natural Law

 Human Rights Act 1998 (Schedule 1 – Convention Rights)

 Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948

 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties 1969 (Articles 26 and

27)

 Contract Law (offer, acceptance, consideration, mutual intent)

I act under sovereign right, with clean hands, without ill intent, and
with the authority vested in every free man or woman born under
natural law and the lawful constitution of England.

✅ Rebuttals to Legal Presumptions and Assumptions

1. 📜 Rebuttal of Public Record and Status

I rebut the assumption that registration, licensing, certificates, or
public documentation grant the state any authority over me.
Relevant Law:

 Magna Carta 1215 – Clause 39 affirms no freeman shall be

seized or judged but by lawful judgment of peers or the law of
the land.

 Data Protection Act 2018 – affirms the right to control personal

data and privacy.

2. ⚖️Rebuttal of Presumed Jurisdiction

I do not consent to the jurisdiction of Her Majesty’s Courts or their

agents unless it is proven lawfully and without assumption. My
presence does not imply submission.
Relevant Law:

 Bill of Rights 1689 – affirms the right to petition and that

courts cannot impose fines or penalties without legal authority.

 Halsbury’s Laws of England – Jurisdiction cannot be assumed;

it must be established.

3. 🔐 Rebuttal of Trustee, Guardian or Fiduciary Status

I reject any suggestion of state guardianship, trusteeship, or parens

patriae (father of the nation) authority over me.
Relevant Law:

 Children Act 1989 applies only where there is lawful evidence

of incapacity or danger.

 Mental Capacity Act 2005 does not apply without competent

and proven assessment.

4. Rebuttal of Corporate or Statutory Personhood

I am not a corporate entity, statutory person, or legal fiction. I am a

living man/woman, sui juris (lawfully competent).
Relevant Law:
 Interpretation Act 1978 – Defines “person” as inclusive of
bodies corporate and unincorporated (not natural man/woman
unless contractually bound).

 Companies Act 2006 – Applies to corporations, not sovereign

individuals.

5. 📘 Rebuttal of Statutory Jurisdiction

Statutes (Acts of Parliament) require consent through contract or

subject-matter jurisdiction.
Relevant Law:

 Human Rights Act 1998, Article 6 – Right to a fair trial and

lawful court.

 Justice and Security Act 2013 – Requires disclosure and fair

procedure.

 Magna Carta 1215, Clause 39 – “No freeman shall be taken or

imprisoned... but by the law of the land.”

6. 🤝 Rebuttal of Contractual Obligation

No court or public body has authority over me without a lawfully

executed contract, entered into knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily.
Relevant Law:

 Contract Law – Requires Offer, Acceptance, Consideration, and

Intention to create legal relations.

 Consumer Rights Act 2015 – Affirms fairness and transparency

in agreements.

 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties 1969, Article 26 –

Pacta sunt servanda (agreements must be honoured only when
valid).

7. 🔓 Rebuttal of Custody, Bailment, or Detention

I rebut any claim that I can be detained, bailed, or held without due
process and competent lawful cause.
Relevant Law:

 Habeas Corpus Act 1679 – Guarantees freedom unless lawfully

judged by peers.

 Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 – Requires evidence and

procedure before arrest or seizure.

 Bill of Rights 1689 – Forbids fines or punishment without trial.

8. Rebuttal of Political or Citizenship Status

I do not accept any imposed status as a subject of the Crown or

statutory citizen unless proven by contract.
Relevant Law:

 British Nationality Act 1981 – Defines statutory citizenship, but

cannot override consent under common law.

 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 15 – Right to a

nationality of choice.

9. 👨⚖️Rebuttal of Legal Representation

I am sui juris, capable of representing myself. I do not consent to

mandatory representation by a solicitor, barrister, or legal
professional.
Relevant Law:

 Legal Services Act 2007 – Permits self-representation.

 Magna Carta 1215 – affirms access to law and justice.

10. 🧩 Rebuttal of Guilt or Submission Through Silence

Silence does not imply guilt or agreement. I reserve the right to

respond in my own time and manner.
Relevant Law:
 Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 – Right to silence under
caution.

 European Convention on Human Rights, Article 6 – Right to fair

trial and presumption of innocence.

11. 🏠 Rebuttal of State Control Over Estate

I retain full ownership and control of my estate, assets, and

property. I reject any claim by the Crown or corporate entities over
my lawful possessions.
Relevant Law:

 Law of Property Act 1925

 Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996

 Bill of Rights 1689 – Protects private property rights.

12. Reservation of Rights

I hereby reserve all my rights under:

 Common Law of England

 Equity and Natural Justice

 UCC 1-308 / Without Prejudice

 Bill of Rights 1689

 Universal Declaration of Human Rights

 All unalienable rights bestowed by the Creator

This reservation protects me from unwitting waiver of rights or

submission to any jurisdiction not voluntarily and lawfully entered
into.

📜 Maxims and Legal Notices

 Notice to agent is notice to principal.

 Notice to principal is notice to agent.

 He who fails to assert his rights has none.

 Consent makes the law – a contract is a law between the

parties.

 Ignorance of the law is no excuse – but misrepresentation of

law is fraud.

✅ Conclusion

This notice is issued without malice, vexation, or frivolity, and is

submitted under the protections of lawful due process, natural
rights, and the ancient laws of this land.

Any party seeking to act contrary to this notice must produce

competent, lawful evidence of authority, or be held liable under law
for trespass, fraud, or unlawful coercion.

All rights reserved. Without prejudice. Under duress where

applicable.
