Why join Project Implementation (Deployment) role?
Facilio’s Project Deployment/ Implementation team sits at the heart of Value Delivery— helping
customers set up, go live, and succeed with our software. This is a high-stakes role where you'll work
with large, enterprise clients from Day 1 — across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia — deploying Facilio’s
software that powers their day-to-day operations. As part of this team, you will:

Bring the product to life — Turn product promise into real-world impact by deploying the
platform for our customers.

Own the most critical phase of the customer journey — You’re the first deep engagement
post-sale. The work you do lays the foundation for customer retention, upsells, and long-term
expansion.

Build a semi-technical skill set — Blend technical know-how, project management, and
customer-facing skills — a rare and valuable combination in SaaS.
Key Resonsibilities in Project Implementation
Speak with customers to understand their requirements and tailor our solution to their needs.
Configure the system, migrate data, and set up integrations tailored to customer processes.
Conduct testing to address fixes, implement changes, and ensure compliance.

What makes you tick for this role?

B.E/ B.Tech graduates from EEE/ ECE/ IT/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics majors
Can score themselves at least 6 out of 10 in communication skills.
Have basic familiarity with coding/scripting, SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools
(academic or project exposure is perfectly fine).
Strong logical & analytical thinkers with natural aptitude towards project management

What you’ll do?

➢​ You’ll have the opportunity to become an expert in all Facilio products and be the face of Facilio
to our clients as they onboard.
➢​ Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to gather client requirements and
objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
➢​ Assist in conducting technical discovery to learn about clients' existing systems,
infrastructure, and integration expectations.
➢​ Participate in the implementation of SaaS solutions, which may include system
configuration, data migration, and integration setup.
➢​ Work closely with experienced engineers to configure the SaaS platform to align with clients'
business processes and goals.
➢​ Perform configuration and testing tasks to satisfy requests for fixes, changes,
enhancements, and compliance.
➢​ Document implementation processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference
and continuous improvement.
➢​ Receive training and guidance on providing technical support and training to clients'
technical teams.
