Cohesity Platform
Troubleshooting
The Cohesity Platform Troubleshooting course is an 8-hours technical class, focused on
teaching Cohesity experienced operations and support IT staff how to triage, troubleshoot,
and resolve issues related to the Cohesity Data Cloud platform.
This course teaches students how to troubleshoot and maintain the Cohesity Data Cloud
platform using native utilities and additional specialized tools.
Students will be introduced to how to troubleshoot system internals and their function, and
ways to troubleshoot issues related to the different Cohesity Data Cloud platform and Data
Protection workflows.
Note: This current version of the course does not include troubleshooting labs, however
access to a Cohesity Data Cloud platform environment will be provided.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course the learner should be able to:
• Use the different Cohesity Data Cloud GUI, and CLI troubleshooting tools
• Gain understanding of the Cohesity Data Cloud platform networking
