TERMS AND CONDITIONS LORRY RECEIPT AT OWNER'S RISK
1. Conditions contents and value of the consignment are acknowledge to (here in after called the company) Kg Transport
2. The company does not guarantee delivery within any specified time
3. The company shall not be liable for any delay in transport or delivery, No claim for compensation will be considerek or damages
shall be payable against the company for delay in transit or delivery,
4. The Company shall not be hold liable for any lose damages deterioration or breakages to the goods for any reason whatsoever.
5. The Company shall not be liable for any pillriges or damages caused due to weather or any accident the riots or disturbances or
any political conditions or in any other cicrumstances which is beyound the control of the company.
6. The Company accept and carries the goods packed at owners or consignor's risk, it goes not accept the packing as secure or
sound.
7. Consignor is liable for all consequance erising out of incorrect declaration of the contents of the consignments.
8. Delivery should be taken from the company's godown for consignment then a lorry load like wise for collection of goods.
9. Delivery should be taken within three days from the date of their arrival in our godown falling which a nominal godown rent at 25-
paise per quatal par day or part a day will be charged and this will inveriably be collected Theconsignee shall be certain the
arrival of goods at the destination.
10. The Original Copy of the consignament note shoulo be considered by the consignee or by the duty authorised representatve at
the time if delivery at destubation
11. The Company has right of remeasurement reweignment and recalculation of rates at the place of declaration and of collection
before the goods are delivered any amout that mighty have been ommitted or under charged.
12. Goods should be considered and booked as "SELVES' on the consignment note it consignment are to be sent either through
bank or v.p.p.
13. No guarantee for weight or contents can be given but all due care and precaution would be taken on our part against pilfrige
14. The Company is not responsible for in the event of goods for being detained or contiscated by Government authorities.
15. The company reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods for despatch without any reason whatsoever.
16. The Company have right to sent the goods for transport to any other lorry or service and all the conditions mentioned herein shall
apply ever in such event the consignor should by deemed to have entered info the contract with such other agency and will have
right to claim damage only against such other agency any liability of the company by virtue of the contract would be ceased.
17. The Company reserves the right to sell in public auction the consignment other parisable that anything undelivered at station for
more than 15 days after standing with due notice to the party consignee or consignor as the case may be by post in the case of
porishable lying undelivered the Company reserves the right to sell them at any rate after receipt in public auction without any
notice to the party consignee or will be intimated about is the sale.
18. company is not liable for Rebooking of consignment not responsible for any losses due to accident.
19. The Consignor understands that the Company is merely a TRANSPORT CONTRACTOR' who do suppliers not carrier on
commission basis in event of claiming the damage for whatsoever act the Consignor we have right and remedy to claim the
damages only against the concernedlorry carrier and/or the service agency and not against the company'.
