With reference to your application for employment and the subsequent interviewyou had with us, we are pleased to
appoint you in our organization, as "Assistant GeneralManager -SolutionArchitect" in "Information Technology"
department with effect from 27-Sep-2023, under the following terms and conditions:

1. PLACE OF WORK: You will be placed at Motinagar however, you may be transferred to any other department or
division of the company at any point of time at the discretion of the management.
2. RESPONSIBILITY: Your Responsibility Profile will be provided to you separately.
3. REPORTING: You wll be reporting to the Director or any other officer as may be prescribed and informed to you
from time to time.

4. PROBATION: You will be on probation for aperiod of 6 months from your date of joining. Your services may be
confirmed, extended or terminated at the end of your probationary period depending on your performance, during
probation. It may be valid that your services will not be confirmed unless intimated to you by the company in writing.
5. EMOLUMENTS:A detailed list of your payments and deductions are in Annexure I.
6. DEDUCTIONS: Deductions willbe made from your salary, as required under various laws of the land, relating to your
employment with the Company.
7. GRATUITY: You will be entitled to gratuity at the time of separation from the Company on superannuating
otherwise, if eligible, for the same under the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act,1972.
LEAVE: You will be entitled to leave from the date of joining, as under:
Earn Leave - In accordance with the company's leave rule in this regardas applicable to you.
b. Casual Leave-7days per annum.
Sick Leave 10days per annum.

10. NO SIMULTANEOUS EMPLOYMENT: While employed with this Company, you will not in any circumstances be
permitted to work for any other firm or person, either whole time or part time, to own or in any way be associatea
