cost, uncomfortable space, lack of amenities and the food may not be to their taste.

=> In my opinion, I think not, because choosing which hotel depends on each others finances
and service needs. Therefore, if finances and service need allow, luxury hotel will not be a waste
of their money.

=> In my opinion, yes. The hotel ratings influence choice as they reflect quality and service such
as hotels with high ratings are generally considered more reliable, while hotels with low ratings
may struggle to attact guests and need to improve their service.

=>In my opinion, when people are traveling away from home, they can choices to stay in hotels,
homestays, campsites or rental appartments.
In Vn, there are many types of hotels such as 1 to 5 star hotels depending on your choice,
homestay, villa, luxury resort, boutique hotel and many more.

complain about a product or service, it helps the business solve the problem and improve the
