All custom products under the CLOTHING DEVELOPMENT segment are made-to-order and are only manufactured when
ordered.

Download the corresponding tech pack and describe your piece in detail. Do check with our sample tech pack
how it should look like. Should something you want to do not be included in our tech pack, you can add comments
and we will see if it is possible to achieve anyway. If you have drawings or other documents, put them in annex.

Approval of the tech pack and confirmation of your order.

Production starts as soon as we have received your payment and all fabrics and accessories are ready.

We will keep you updated on the production status.

After the products have passed the quality control check, they will be shipped to you.

INFORMATION:
All our fabrics are 100% made and dyed in Portugal.
All of our cotton is grown using natural fertilizers and pesticides. In addition, genetically modified seeds are not used in their
cultivation, which helps to conserve seed biodiversity and soil fertility.

FABRIC 1 American Fleece - 70% organic cotton, 30% recycled polyester - 320 gsm

FABRIC 2 American Fleece - 100% organic cotton - 340 gsm

FABRIC 3 French Terry - 100% organic cotton - 340 gsm

You can choose between 2 necklabel variants:

Woven label in the back
OR
Woven label sewed into the neck seam

Additionally, there will be a size tag in every t-shirt on the left side of the neck.

BRAND LABEL ON THE BACK

Sewed woven label - 8 cm x 3 cm
It will be placed 2 cm bellow the neckline.
You can choose it to be sewed on the
laterals or on all four edges.

BRAND LABEL INTO THE SEAM

Sewed woven label - 4 cm x 5 cm
It will be placed into the neck seam.

CARE LABEL:
For the carelabel we will use our standard label. The label will be placed on the inside-left of the jogger.

CUSTOMIZATION
INFORMATION:
For our customization services you can either choose screen printing, digital printing or embroidery.
Please select the method of customization you desire, add the measurements of the design and place it on the template.
Please specify as well how many colors the design has and the exact placement of the design.
Please also share any artwork in high definition through email alognside the tech pack.
