receipt of your notice dated 10/01/2025, wherein we were directed to register
under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Act.

At the outset, we would like to inform your esteemed office that our
establishment has already been duly registered under the ESIC Act, and we have
obtained the necessary code for the same. We are also regularly remitting the
contributions for our employees as per the aforementioned code-
81000476320001399.
In support of our compliance, we have enclosed a copy of the C11 and relevant
payment challans for your kind reference.
We kindly request your office to acknowledge the submissions made and confirm
