ABSTRACT
This report presents an overview of the industrial attachment experience at Dream Forest Limited, a semi-
IT and DBIT-oriented company in Nairobi, Kenya. The attachment aimed to bridge the gap between
theoretical knowledge and practical application by engaging in real-world IT tasks and responsibilities.
Over eight weeks, I participated in various activities, including system maintenance, network
troubleshooting, data management, and providing technical support to staff. These tasks provided hands-on
experience with IT systems and processes critical to the organization’s operations.
The attachment significantly enhanced my technical skills, such as hardware and software troubleshooting,
database management, and network configuration. It also improved my interpersonal abilities, including
