Job Location: Work from Home
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Insurance Advisor
You will be the face of Ditto interacting with our users directly.
You will connect with our users over calls, WhatsApp, or emails as required to
understand their requirements & recommend policies or features that are best suited for
them. You will be hand holding our users in their insurance buying journey.
Ditto has two advisory teams, namely Team Bliss and Team Falcon.
Team Bliss's role involves spending ~40% of the advisor's time communicating with
users through direct calls, while the rest is spent on WhatsApp. This team is ideal for
individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedule, with two shifts available - 12pm to
9pm or 2pm to 11pm.
On the other hand, Team Falcon requires advisors to spend ~60% of their time
communicating with users through direct calls & the rest is spent on WhatsApp. The
typical working hours for team B are from 10am to 8pm.
2. Customer Service Quality Executive
Call monitoring and provide actionable insight to improve current processes
Assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes
Gather information to help improve advisor performance
Provide feedback on the quality of advisor’s recommendations
Develop customer support quality standards
Skills and Competencies required:
1. Insurance Advisor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good command of English
Basic computer knowledge is necessary
Ability to communicate, present & influence effectively
2. Customer Service Quality Executive
Strong communication skills and Excellent customer service skills
Excellent listening and Analytical skills
Ability to communicate and Collaborate effectively
