satisfied regarding food .
Timing of Mess room : (Eating after work hours…Emergency ration in case crew
working over time. Food for ‘Night Watch men’.)
Problems related to cleanliness, ant and flies . Hygienic conditions to maintain.
Procuring Dry and Fresh food items and storage.(Meet, Fish Rooms and Dry prov.)
The menu as per collective bargaining agreement (Article Crew)
Deciding the menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
Addressing issues relating to Vegetarian food and Non Veg.
Religion dictate certain Rules ….Pork Beef etc.
Sailing with different nationalities……food issues must be addressed.
Ship and Shore management (Victualing expenses per person per day)
