Steps to Create a Projcct

Create a Projcct
1. Use one of the following:

On Projcct Manager, click New Projoct.


b. Right-click ut the bottom of the tree inside the Projat Manager anl select New Project.
c. Cick the arrow on the Project drop down menu and select New I'roject.
2. Enter the name lur the new project. The .wdp extension is not requincd.
3. Sclzct or create the directory for the projcct. If you lcave this field blank, the project WDP file is
created at the location defined in the WDENV file.
(ptional) Copy the project settings from an existing project file (WDP). Ifyou leave this field blank.
the software copies properties frorn the active project.
(Optional) Click Descriptions to enter an unlimited rumber of descriptions for the projsct. Sclect the
check boxes to include description lines in reports.
(Optional) Click OK-Properties to modify your default projt settings for libranes, icon menus,
components, wire numbering, cross-references, styles, ad drawing lormats.
7. Clhck OK.

Click Line icon.
