A photo copy of the I.D, must be received before allowing training to such student 2 The Controlling Officer should collect or issued by the T&P Officer/Principal/HOD duly Seal & signatu: Engineering / Polytechnic college(s) The period of Short Term Practical training shall be 30/45/60 days only. 4 It should be ensured that the trainee do not loiter here and there un- necessarily. § The Controlling Officer shall be responsible to get maintained the Daily/weekly/fortnightly Work report of such trainee as deemed convenient and should put his signature in token so that after expiry of training period, the Certificate can be issued by the Controlling Officer on the real date/information. § The trainee should be assigned proper work.
