NOTICE INVITING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) is the process of redeveloping its
old/vacant buildings/markets across Nagpur city and as a part of this
initiative; NMC has decided to re-develop the existing Sokta Bhawan
Building at Gandhibagh, Nagpur into a world class Commercial Complex.
The said site is strategically located in the commercial hub of Nagpur City
near Agrasen Square, Central Avenue Road, Gandhibagh.
The proposed project site is having an area of 3578.47 sq. mtrs.

The site falls within the Transit Orient Development
Nagpur Metro and hence the basic FSI permitted by the Town Planning
Department is 4.00 as per the UDCPR & TOD Rules.
The height as approved by AAI is 80.00 meters.
NMC now desires to implement the project on Public Private Partnership
(PPP) mode on Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Sale (DBFOS) basis
wherein the prospective developer shall undertake the Designing,
Financing, Construction, Operation & Maintenance and Sales of the entire
project.
The designs and planning of the said Commercial Complex have been
prepared by NMC and form part of the bidding documents as Volume III.
The prospective developer has the option of undertaking its own designing
& planning for the Project as per the prevalent development control rules
and transit oriented development guidelines.
The characteristics of the Drawings of the developers'
Elevational
planning should be commensurate with the Elevational Drawings
provided in the Volume III of the bidding documents. This should be
analyzed by the prospective bidders prior to submission of their
application.
