• Michael Phelps Michael Fred Phelps is a former Olympic
swimmer from the United States who was born on June
30, 1985. He has been the most decorated swimmer of
all time. He won a total of 28 Olympic medals, 23 of
them gold. He participated in five Olympic Games from
Sydney 2000 to Rio 2016. Phelps started swimming at
the age of seven, and by 15 he was already competing in
the Olympic Games. His specialties were the butterfly,
freestyle, and individual medley strokes. His talent and
dedication led him to break numerous world records. He
was an example of discipline and effort in sports.
Michael Phelps officially retired after the 2016 Rio
Olympic Games.

sport. You move all your muscles and it's fun. I also like
it because I can swim faster than my friends.

in 1886 have included swimming events.
In the 20th century, strokes like the
Butterfly were introduced, and
swimming methods improved, making
the sport faster. Before records were
completed, officials had time winners.
Now, millions of people swim
worldwide, and it remains a vital
necessity.
• Swimming is an athletic sport. Humans practice it to improve speed,
endurance, and overall fitness. If a swimmer trains considerably, they can
enhance their performance. Proposals can be made for swimming classes,
and beginners can start next week. We're having sports practice in a
swimming pool or school to prepare for the competition. We must practice
diligently. I will train myself, and you should do the same. Unfortunately, the
trainer canceled the practice before I arrived. By the time the rain stopped,
the session was over.
