OPENING
BOTH: The legendary philosopher Plato once said, “Education is not preparation for
life; education is life itself.”
Jimuel: A pleasant morning to each and one of us. To our distinguished guests,
visitors, faculty members, proud parents and family members, and most
especially to our remarkable students, ladies and gentlemen.
BOTH: Welcome to the Closing Program of Irene B. Antonio – College of Mindanao Inc.,
Basic Education Department, for the School Year 2024-2025.
Bevs: This time of the year is the most anticipated days for our dear students and
their ever-supportive parents and family members, as this day marks the
turning point towards a new chapter of their lives. In a matter of moments, you
will receive the most awaited awards and recognition for all the efforts and hard
work you have exerted throughout the academic year.
JASON: To formally start our program, may we request everyone to please stand for
the Invocation, and remain standing for the singing of our National Anthem,
Pilipinas Kong Mahal, Rehiyon Diyes, Bukidnon Hymn, and lastly the Valencia
Hymn.

JONA: Everyone, you may now take your seat.
Today, is the milestone that marks the end of the academic year 2024-2025,
and yet, the beginning of a new journey for our beloved students who strived,
exerted full efforts, and displayed exceptional academic performance.
To formally open this momentous occasion, may we have the Ms. Moonyeen
Lilleth V. Antonio, MAT, Med, the School Principal, for the Opening Remarks.
JASON: Education isn’t about being the most diligent person in the room but being
able to influence others with principles and discipline, for education reflects
character and wisdom.
I do believe that this momentous event wouldn’t be possible without our diligent
students, patient teachers, ever supportive family members, and most
especially our dynamic and beloved School Principal Ms. Moonyeen Lilleth V.
Antonio and our very own OIC Mr. John Mark C. Aclon, LPT.
In a few minutes, these students who have worked hard to achieve what they
will achieve today, who remained firm up to this moment, and who never stops
dreaming and hoping for a better future will finally be receiving the recognition
and honour they deserved.
JASON: At this juncture, to refresh and re-energize, let’s welcome the IBACMI Basic Ed
Dance Troupe, as they take the stage to entertain and inspire us with their
amazing talent.
JONA: Today is a special day—one filled with celebration, reflection, and hope for the
future. As we continue with our program, we have the privilege of hearing from
someone who will not only inspire us but also remind us of the power of
perseverance, passion, and purpose. Let’s give the stage to Engr. Phoebe A.
Aguilar, DPA, and Vice President for an Inspirational Message - a round of
applause, please.
JONA: This time, let’s welcome the Select Senior High School students for an
Intermission number.
JASON: Thank Engr. Phoebe A. Aguilar for inspiring our learners with your
imminent and invaluable experiences. And now, the long wait is over. Let’s dive
into the Distribution of Certificates and Confirmation of Awards to the Academic
Excellence Awardees, together with their proud parents and guardians.
Honoring of awards and Certificates to the Grade 7 awardees will be given by
Ma’am Glendale B. Lamiseria School Principal IV, assisted by Ma’am Elma R.
Seno Head Teacher III and Grade 7 Coordinator.

JONA: Recognition Day is the culmination of all hard work and a year of study and also
it is one of the most anticipated days in our academic calendar, as it serves as a
stepping stone for every students who have visions and dreams.
JASON: At this moment, May I request everyone to kindly lend your ears to
Ma’am Glendale B. Lamiseria, School Principal IV, as she delivers her Words of
Gratitude. A round of applause, please.

JONA: Before we finally end this program, let us all be united in singing the Community

JONA: Success is not gained but achieved. May this moment be the moment to
engrave in our hearts, and a stepping stone towards a brighter future.
This momentous event is about to end, and a new page has been turned. May
we all remember this time of the day and the feeling of satisfaction and relief.
JASON: To conclude everything for what we have today, we would like to extend our
deepest appreciation to our visitors, honored guests, teachers and faculty
members, our proud parents, and of course our dear students, for having your
presence and cooperation on this time of the day. This event is only possible
