***Good afternoon, dear parents, teachers, barangay officials, and to our

school head, it is my pleasure to be your moderator at this second PTA


Meeting of school year 2024-2025.

I’m teacher_____________, the Grade 1-Rose advisory teacher.

I want to extend a very warm welcome to all of you.

We appreciate you, our dear parents taking time off your busy schedules to
join us today.

PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM Before anything else, May I invite


everyone to please stand the singing of the National Anthem to be followed
by the invocation and the cadiz city hymn.

Please all rise.

OPENING REMARKS ……….To formally open today’s General Parent-Teacher


Association Assembly let’s all welcome our newly assigned teacher-in-
charge, Ma’am Rowena Fulgencio. Around of applause please

Thank you so much Ma’am Weng.

ATM, The very active and generous Barangay Captain of Barangay Mabini is
here to give his Message of Support to our School. Everyone please give a
big round of applause to Honorable Rosevil Villarin.

…..Thank you so much Kap for your generosity to the


learners and people of Sangay Elementary School. Your support means a lot
to us.

**** To present to you our Agenda for todays meeting, may I call on Ma’am
Rowena G. Fulgencio our school head to start our meeting proper, please
