Please tell me, first of all, I think I'll start from the beginning, right? So whatever I know said,
don't repeat yourself, don't go back and say that you need a team. You are leading a team
and the team would do, team would do, but I am interested. So that's not the right way to
put things.

You would rather say that you had people management experience. In fact, you build the
team and you would work on projects together. You should say that you are working in the
COE, which you actually forgot to mention.

Yeah. I forgot to mention it. Yeah.

So you're working in a COE and that is the central team, which does all solutions for your
infrastructure and application space. Correct. So be it robotic automation or be it, you know,
your infrastructure automation or be it your business operations.

Cloud operations. Yeah. Yeah.

So all of that, including cloud operations, Kubernetes, cloud management platform, FinOps.
So all of that comes into your team, right? You are predominantly managing the, you know,
the cloud management platform and you're managing the Gen AI aspect of the entire, you
know, then you also work on AIOps. Do you know AIOps? Yes, I know.

Okay. So otherwise there is enough content that you can search. It's there.

Okay. So you don't need to know the depth of it. You can say that.

Yeah. So there is a team which is doing it, but yeah, we get into a common sense. And don't
repeat yourself.

Got it. And also don't go back, you know, giving an impression that you are helpless without
a team. Got it.

Okay. And then when it comes to GCP, you have to brush up something for sure. Look for
equivalent solutions in GCP that you are aware of in Azure.

Got it. Got it. Got it.

Just look for those. So when it gets, so you can first of all say that, you know, there is no, see
this is what I've worked on. But my, I've done, you forgot to mention you've done
certification in Azure.

Right. So you should not miss out an angle to sell yourself. Got it.

Got it. So you should not get into, what you know, you should literally, you should say it.
Yeah.

Sure. The other thing is, I asked you a question on innovation. So you started reverse, then I
had to go back and tell you how it really works for you.
It's centralized for us. You know, this is how ideas come in. We have a governance body.

That governance body evaluates solutions. I'm part of that governance body when it comes
to when some business cases are identified or a use case is identified, it comes to us for
technical feasibility. So when it comes to technical feasibility, the first thing that we see,
there's already an existing solution that can be scaled up.

So these are some of the things you can say. Then you also say that a pipeline is also
important for us. So our team maintains a pipeline.

The pipeline is managed and maintained using Azure. Remember we used to do pipeline. I
don't know if it's still in practice.

Say that. No. So then you are just not saying things.

So you can say that. So you're maintaining a healthy pipeline there. So whenever there is a
conflict, obviously it requires a leadership level discussion to see which can be prioritized.

So that's a continuous battle. So we keep shifting. So what is that giving an impression? That
is giving an impression that you are absolutely agile to work with.

True. And you have already worked in projects and programs where there is a lot of chaos,
but you are able to manage them. Yeah.

Got it. Right. So that is how you could come across.

Got it. Then you also talk about the way in which you handle your scrums. So with the
pipeline, how the scrums are handled.

How GitHub is managed. GitHub. You can say that you have deployed GitHub.

Yeah. We have GitHub. So you should say that this is how we maintain our pipelines and
version controlling in GitHub.

We try and reuse a lot of stuff. Reusability. Our focus is heavily on reusability.

Yeah. Because there are two reasons for it. One is being in services industry, resource
crunches are there.

Second, the timelines are there. So the more I'm able to reuse, the lesser effort it is going to
take for me to build something from scratch. And the timelines it takes to deliver is also
faster.

Correct. Correct. But however, to tell you the truth, no matter how much you call it a
reusability, there is an element of course correction that we have to do.

And for you. That's the whole job. Correct.

That's the whole job. You know, there's a whole role and responsibility that we have. It
should look like very naturally coming out.
So, then you can, you'll talk about, I mean, you have to read a little like I said, right? So GCP.
GCP. Equivalence.

Responsibility. Equivalence. Yeah.

Yeah. Got it. Second one is you can always say that, you know, it's not the greatest strength
of mind, but I have worked on all these aspects, but it won't take me too much time to really
Because typically most of our customers were on Azure.

So the focus was always on Azure. Then you can say that you can come back to that
responsibility. Please read thoroughly about responsibility.

Yeah. Yeah. Definitely.

You can say that you are part of the governments from a tech point of view. So, for example,
any recommendations or any feedbacks you get, or if there is any onboarding that happens
from a technical point of view, you do the evaluation or course corrections. You can give
some examples of the one that you've done on bias or the one that you've done on security
or read something.

I do. Recently also I did that. Lineage customer.

I did that. Lineage customer. Lineage customer.

I did that. Lineage customer. Yeah.

I will do that. I was… My problem is that I've done it. You know the terminologies, right?
That's the problem.

Now, when it comes to innovation, Blue Bolt came to me. But I kept it at the end. For
duplication… After I got married, I was asked who the hero was.

First hero. First hero should come to the ground. I knew it.

Okay. When is that round? See, I have to do 2 or 3 more interviews. Okay.

Then I'll give a… I'm thinking to give a combined score. Okay. So, instead of… Basically, when
it goes to him, I want only your resume to go to him.

Okay. Right? With the confidence that you will be able to deliver. I have that confidence.

That's why I'm saying. True. I mean, I definitely will deliver.

So, you're saying from that angle. So, secondly, there is one more thing that I never asked
you also. It's called the agentic framework.

Yeah, agentics. Microsoft agentics. It's not Microsoft.

It's an agentic framework. I know. That is also an AI tool.

So, basically, how bots work with each other in an LLM scenario, right? In a multi-agent
scenario. Correct. I know about agentics.

So, you can… If the question is asked, whatever research you can do, you do. But you have
to tell him very clearly that it is in research phase. And I'm part of that research.

I'm doing that research. Okay. Done.

Done. Okay, don't go back and say that you're doing it. Until you're actually doing it.

Otherwise, he's literally going to rape you on that. No. No.

No. I will tell… Because that is exactly what I'm doing. I'm doing the research on… In fact,
last week, I also just discussed that.

Yeah. There is agentics. Look into that.

I started looking into it. So, you read a little bit about it. These are the possibilities.

But not just that. You have to tell him which are the use cases that are going to fall into this
category. For example, you can tell him that your employee onboarding is one of the things
that we're looking at.

In Cognizant, we have almost 300-350 people per week. That's a lot of onboarding. It's not
that much now.

It's less. But wait. It's not Cognizant.

It's our platform. XCM. That's why there's user onboarding.

So, whenever we deploy it to the customer, we have to onboard their users. So, how is the
agentic framework going to help there? The agentic framework is going to bring… See, I'll
tell you what I know about it in short. So, for example, there's a workday process.

Workday process helps you to onboard somebody. So, then you need to have your IAM.
Then you have another system, which is your access card.

Then you have another system, which is your workday, which will trigger your laptop and all
of that stuff. Which will go to Ariba. So, now, assume that each of them have bots or agents.

You need an LLM, which is going to talk to all of them. And get your onboarding. This is
onboarding for me.

Got it. Got it. Got it.

This is autogen. Autogen is an AI tool. That was acquired by Microsoft.

They do the same thing. So, they have multiple agents. It's an extractor.

So, they have multiple agents, which talk to each other. And step by step, they'll… One step
and then another step. After this agent finishes this job, the next agent will go.
It will be like that. If there's a problem, they'll solve the problem. they solve the problems
themselves yeah yeah yeah yeah that is similar to what we do in autogen, I have seen that in
agentics ah exactly so you have to so one this is one of the challenges that we have the
second area is also about travel sir so you don't have to give a pharma example you can just
tell him is a travel concierge booking right from uh you know raising a travel request to
getting a visa done till the time we go and you know basically fill in your forms that is
needed for the visa getting an appointment and then fixing the flights fixing accommodation
right and providing the ground support which is like uh you know sim cards currency right
that is my second classic use case that cognizant has asked us to look at so i'm working on it
this is what i know about it okay and then a little bit about what you know get into a little bit
technical about how the agents are really connected how they're integrated how will they
ensure uh you know the security of i think you have more or less covered everything okay
okay and yeah so that's it so i think these are some of the points but the overall what did
you feel i have i mean were you six out of ten okay okay six out of ten again i could be
biased since i know you many things i already know everything about what you do right so i
can tell you if from only from an interview point of view you did six out of ten you could
have done much better than what you have done i think you you panicked a little i could see
that uh okay uh okay fine fine no i'll take these points i'll take these points and prep yeah for
sure okay okay okay thank you prashanth i'll finish a few more interviews okay and then
trigger that uh initiation so first i need to talk to yash to see if he's available next week okay
we will have a discussion you know maybe we can catch up i will give you much more details
detailing about how the actual okay okay so that you are much more well prepared than
anything okay sure sure yeah okay thank you so much
