WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10627, also known as the "Anti-Bullying Act
of 2013," mandates all elementary and secondary schools to adopt
policies to address bullying in their respective institutions;

Brgy. Kagawad WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Barangay __________________
recognizes the critical importance of providing a safe, inclusive, and
conducive learning environment for all students of
________________________ ________________________ Elementary School, free from fear,

WHEREAS, bullying, in any of its forms, can have severe and lasting

negative impacts on the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the

2. Support school-initiated programs and activities aimed at raising
awareness about bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and positive
