WHAT IS
ASAP ACE 10
The Aptitude and Competency Evaluation (ACE) 10 is a scientific, online aptitude
assessment designed to help Class X students discover suitable academic and career
paths. By evaluating a student's aptitude, interests, and personality traits, ACE 10

Why Take an Assessment?

Success and job satisfaction come when a person pursues a career aligned with their
aptitudes and interests. An assessment helps students:

Identify career fields that match their strengths and personality

Make informed academic choices after Class 10

Without a proper understanding of one’s aptitudes and interests, students may choose a
path that does not align with their strengths, leading to dissatisfaction or limited career
growth.

What Makes ACE 10 Unique?

Unlike general career tests, ACE 10 evaluates a student across multiple dimensions. The
test assesses nine key factors related to aptitude, interest, and personality, making it one
of the most comprehensive career assessment tools for Class X students.

How Does This Assessment Work?

Every career field requires a unique blend of aptitude, interests, and personality traits.
ACE 10:
1. Creates your personal career profile based on test results
2. Matches your profile with different career fields
3. Compares your results to a reference group of students
4. Identifies career clusters best suited to you

Your ACE 10 Results: What You’ll Discover

The result of ACE 10 will give you the following information.
1. Career Clusters That Suit You Best: Career Clusters are groups of occupations

identified, students, parents, and teachers can focus on that area and make plans to
obtain the necessary knowledge, competencies, and training for success in it.
ACE 10 categorizes careers into 27 clusters, divided into:
Primary Clusters (Mainstream career paths based on academic qualifications)

readiness to identify the career that suits you and to make the decision to follow it.
