13. Innovative advertisement for high awareness.

Segmentation
Segmentation is the division of the market into various homogenous groups. Basically, Frito Lay
products are generally marketed to the Hispanics prior to targeting the general market. Frito Lay has
Mexican roots which explain why the Hispanic market was the initial market segment. The
attractiveness of the market is evident on the strong needs for snacks among all segments.
Nevertheless, the focus of segmentation is on penetrating the teen segment. As such, while the
Hispanic population likes bold and spicy flavored snack, there is high influence on kids in making
snack purchase decisions, emerging Y generation has purchase power and busy lifestyles demand
food on the go.
Further, Frito Lay is a leader in the dip market but since there are many competitors in the market
the company decided to penetrate the vegetable dip segment. This is in addition to chip dips
segment particularly the shelf stable sour cream based dip and other chip dips which are already in
the mature stage of its lifecycle.
Targeting
Targeting is the identification of audience to which a product will be marketed. As already noted,
the Hispanic population is the initial target market but now also includes the generations X and Y.
Teenagers make up a considerable percentage in the marketing activities of Frito Lay especially
since they are very particular
The Pros And Cons Of Living Off Grid And Trapping
Living Off Grid And Prepping: Some Think It Is Illegal: So Is It?
Cape Coral Florida: Special Magistrate Harold S. Eskin ruled that Robin Speronis is not allowed to
live on her own private property without being hooked up to the city s water system.
Court Rules Living off Grid is Illegal
That was the headlines and some immediately begin frothing at the mouth, pointing out that once
again Preppers and others are being persecuted and then prosecuted. However, the headlines are
deceiving and as pointed out in a previous article if all you do is read the headlines, then you are not
getting the entire story.

You can collect rainwater on your own property as long as you do not dam up waterways that feed
water reservoirs designated for public use. Water from your own roof can be collected till your heart
s content. You cannot collect water deemed public water without the proper permits.
Oregon Water Resources Department states it is legal to collect rainwater off of surfaces like roofs
or tarps, (but) property owners need to obtain permits before altering or collecting flowing bodies of
water.
Some states have regulated the collection of rainwater, but have not necessarily banned the
collection. Some states even offer tax incentives for the proper collection and retention of rainwater
on your own property.
The problem is that some people do not want to follow certain laws, because they have deemed
them unnecessary, to restrictive or simply do not want to bother with the proper permits and refuse
to research what is actually allowed and what is not.
Some want to believe the click bait headlines, because it validates what they already believe. This
is what gets people in trouble. Of course there are laws that do not make any sense, but they are still
the law.

water please
Cleopatra Report
Cleopatra Vll was born in 69 BC, in Alexandria, Egypt. Despite what people say today, that she was
glamorous and beautiful, she was far from it.
She is shown on ancient coins with a long hooked nose and masculine features. Although she was
not beautiful she was clearly a very seductive woman, and she used this to further Egypt politically.
She had a beautiful musical voice. It is also said that she was highly intelligent. She spoke nine
different languages, and she was the first Ptolemy pharaoh who could actually spoke Egyptian.

She ascended the Egyptian throne after her father, Ptolemy Xll Auletes died in 51 BC. Cleopatra

In 46 BC he invited Cleopatra to go to Rome to be with him. She then went taking Caesarion with
her. That same year in September he celebrated his war triumph s in which was called the March of
Triumph s. In this march he paraded through the streets of Rome with his prisoners, including
Cleopatra s sister Arsinoe. Caesar spared Arsinoe s life after she betrayed Cleopatra, but later Mark
Antony had her killed after Cleopatra told him to.

Cleopatra lived in Caesar s villa near Rome for almost two years. He showered Cleopatra with
gifts and everything she wanted. It was rumored that Caesar was intending to pass a law allowing
him to marry Cleopatra and make their son his heir. It was also rumored that Caesar, who had
accepted a lifetime dictatorship and sat on a golden throne in the Senate, intended to become the
king of Rome. On March 15, 44 BC a crowd of conspirators surrounded Caesar at a Senate meeting
and stabbed him to death. Cleopatra knew that she was also in danger so she quickly left Rome with
her protectors. Before or immediately after their return to Egypt, Ptolemy XIV died. It is rumored
that Cleopatra had him. Cleopatra then made Caesarion, her son, co regent.

Caesar s assassination caused lacking in a ruler and civil war in Rome. Eventually the empire was
divided among three men. Those men were Caesar s great nephew Octavian, who later became the
emperor Augustus. There was also Marcus Lepidus and Marcus

The Polished Hoe Analysis
The Polished Hoe, a novel written by Austin Clarke, is revealed throughout a single Sunday
nightfall and ceases at the beginning of sunrise; it starts in obscurity so to speak and finishes in
the light. The story is conveyed primarily through the conversation and interaction between the
two characters: Mary Mathilda, the protagonist, and Percy Stuart, known to all as Sarge, as well
as through flashbacks occurring in their minds when the conversation lulls. This interaction
occurs shortly after Mary Mathilda kills Mr. Bellfeels, her lover since she was thirteen and father
of her son Wilberforce, a doctor of tropical medicine. Mr. Bellfeels, the manager of Flagstaff
plantation and the antagonist of the story, is omnipresent, if only because much of the
conversation is about him; moreover, even if both characters know that he is dead, the
conditioned fear his brutal, tyrannical acts have instilled in Sarge and Mary Mathilda inhibit for
a very long time their interaction over the course of the evening. The recurring motif, abuse of
power, is illustrated in the entirety of the novel through Mary Mathilda s traumatizing
experiences, the plutocrats iron grip over their laborers, and the unbalanced education system. To
begin with, Mary Mathilda s motive for the killing is clearly stated in the following excerpt: Mr.
Bellfeels took her [Mary Matilda] as his right, in his natural arrogance of ownership . . . If it wasn t

The 54th Regiment Of Massachusetts In The Film Glory
The movie Glory portrays the 54th Regiment of Massachusetts. The 54th Regiment was the most
important militia/army of the others because it was the first. I believe that the movie clearly
replicates the scenes and events of the movie, but there are some incorrect and inaccurate
information implanted. One of the are that the film depthe 54th starting its training in November
1862, when they actually did not begin training until February 1863. Also, in the movie, we see
white union soldiers cheering towards the 54th before they charged Fort Wagner, however, I doubt
this actually happened because even though the union stood for abolition, most of the whites felt
superior to blacks and doubted whether they were actually good soldiers. In addition to that, the
confederate stronghold guarding Charleston Harbor was depicted in the movie as taking place from
south to north when it was actually from north to south.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Also, the 54th is portrayed in the movie as being made up largely of runaway slaves, like John
Rawlins or Private Trip. In fact, it was actually mostly a regiment of freed men like Thomas
Seares, not only recruited from Massachusettes, but also New York and Pennsylvania. The assault
on Battery Wagner was attacked on the wrong side in the movie, and it also suggests that over ½
of the regiment was lost during the assault. However, official records state that they had 272
casualties, which is closer to 40%. Lastly, the way in which they whipped and flagged the black
soldiers is historically inaccurate because the practice of flogging had been outlawed before the
civil war, and Robert would not have whipped them because it symbolizes slavery, which is what
they were trying to
Lamborghini s Bull Mark Is Inherently Distinct And Arbitrary
Lamborghini s bull mark is strong because it is an incontestable mark that is conceptually and
commercially strong and not weakened by third party use. Lamborghini s mark is conceptually
strong because it is inherently distinct and arbitrary. The mark is commercially strong because of
Lamborghini s strong sales and presence in mainstream media. Third party use of bull marks does
not weaken the Lamborghinis mark because none of the third party marks are in Lamborghini s
relevant market. And the mark is incontestable because it was registered more than five years ago,
therefore, the mark is entitled to a presumption of strength. 1.Lamborghini s mark is conceptually
