Greetings from St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School.


Kindly note the following:
• The school closes for the summer break from 01.05.2025 and reopens on 02.06.2025 for
the New Academic Year 2025-26 as per Government directives
• Collection of Notebook allotted for Std. VIII (02.05.2025), Std. XII (03.05.2025) and Std.
IX (05.05.2025) will go on as scheduled. Parents must produce a copy of the fee receipt to
collect the books from the school book stall. Book stall will not function from 10.05.2025 to
25.05.2025. Parents who missed collecting notebooks on their scheduled days can collect the
books from 26.05.2025 to 28.05.2025.
• Since the results will be approved for Std. IX only on 05.05.2025 and the Open Day is
scheduled on 06.2025, online fee payment portal will be open for them from 06.05.2025
onwards and the Collection of Notebooks for Std. X has been scheduled on 09.05.2025.
• Students of Std.X (current academic year) will be paying their fee only after the admission
process gets over and fee payment for them will be by DD only. Admissions will commence
on the day after the results are published.
• Parents who have not collected the Promotion Slips may collect it at the school office on all
working days between 9.00am and 12.00 noon. However, since the web portal for payment
of fees is already open since April 2025, parents may pay the fees in the SmartSchool App fee
payment portal and collect the promotion slips from the school office when they come to
collect the Notebooks.
• School Fee payment portal has been in function from April 2025. Parents can make fee
payments through the online portal using the SmartSchool App.
• Kindly avoid too much exposure to sun and encourage the children to engage themselves in
healthy leisure time activities such as reading books, involving in community service,
helping parents, visiting elders, etc.
• Have safe vacation plans
• Kindly make sure that you reach back safe before the re-opening day and avoid absence
on the re-opening day.
