FIELDWORK REPORT STRUCTURE

1. Title Page
• Title of the fieldwork
• Students’ name (group members)
• Date.
2. Introduction
• Purpose of the fieldwork
• The topic or theme studied
• The location of the fieldwork
• The date of the fieldwork
• The organizing teacher or school
3. Objectives of the Fieldwork
• What you aimed to find out (write in point form or short sentences)
4. Methodology
• The methods used to collect information
5. Findings / Data Collected
• Present the information you gathered in an organized way
• Use subheadings if needed
• Include diagrams, tables, photos, or sketches if available
6. Interpretation of Findings
• Explain what the data means
• Relate it to the objectives of the study
• Describe any patterns or special observations
7. Challenges Faced
• Mention the problems or difficulties you faced during the fieldwork
E.g., bad weather, transport issues, lack of cooperation, etc.
8. Conclusion
• Summarize the key findings
