R: I'm Carlos, it's also a pleasure to meet you. You can come in and sit down (Points to the

RH: Could you please share your personal details and provide me with your resume?
A: I am 40 years old and possess 15 years of professional experience
R: Could you tell me where you are from?
A: My place of residence is Valera, Venezuela.
R: May I ask where you studied?
A: I studied at the University of Valle del Momboy
R: Tell us about your previous work experience, where did you work before?
A: I worked in a technology company where I developed web applications using JavaScript
and Python.
R: That sounds interesting! Tell us about your career aspirations within our company.
A: Well, my aspirations within this company encompass developing new skills, growing both
personally and professionally. I hope to grow into a lead developer role and work on
innovative projects.
RH: How do you feel about working in a team?
A: I enjoy teamwork. It helps me learn from others. In my last job I collaborated with
designers and other developers and it was quite rewarding.
RH: Is there anything else you would like to add about why you would like to join our team?
A: I really like the work environment that is handled within this company, I also believe that it
could teach me a lot at a professional level and that I have a lot to offer them.
R: What are your salary expectations?
A: I am open to discussing salary and would be happy with a fair offer based on the role and
my qualifications.
