We are pleased to submit our offer of the One-year comprehensive annual maintenance and One-
year non-comprehensive annual maintenance contract for HVAC system equipment installed at
your premises.
Our charges for maintaining the Comprehensive maintenance program for one years will be
Rs.
Our charges for maintaining the non-comprehensive maintenance program for one years will be
Rs.
Taxes: GST 18% will be charged extra on basic value.
Payment Terms: Annual / Quarterly advance Payment along with the order.

Engineering Services:
Comprehensive annual maintenance for DSU, Split Unit and DX Unit.
Spares as and when required.
The facility will be attended as per attached schedule.
Any number of breaks down calls will be attended.
Four quarterly service checks will be performed.
Cleaning of Air handling unit coil fins once in a year.
Note- Offer includes replacement of refrigerant only. If a gas leak is attributed to a service issue but
not to an operational issue/accident.
Excluded Works and Services:
Chemicals used for AHU Coil Cleaning is excluded from our scope and the same will be
charged extra for chemicals used.
Replacement/repair of cooler/condenser in case of bad water quality & any damages due to
stones/metal parts/foreign materials
Replacement/repair of compressors in case of failure due to power fluctuations
Poor power quality from the mains/generators / beyond repairable conditions.
Supply of refrigerant, if the same is leaked out because of tampering by a third agency.
Any day-to-day operation of the plant, manpower deployment, and modification of the plant.
Replacement of Compressor.
Replacement of PCB board in case of failure due to power fluctuations
Any kind of wear and tear caused due to adverse weather conditions, corrosion, and
chemical pollution of rusting, and pitting of the plant as a whole are parts of the Plant.
Any breakdown occurred due to entering of water in the electrical system.
Any kind of civil, insulation, ducting, piping, false ceiling works.
Replacement of entire Equipment
Any damages leading to the replacement of spares due to third-party faulty operations will
not be covered under the above contract.
Maintenance of water treatment plant.
Maintenance and repair of high voltage switch gear, any equipment main incoming panel etc.
Replacement of VAV, BTU meter, valves, Cooling tower fills & blade, AHU pre, fine, Hepa filter
& belt actuators, piping, ducting, Insulation, and any other pipeline accessories, etc.
Air balancing &Water Balancing
Any other item not specifically mentioned under our scope of work
General / Commercial Terms & Conditions
Aeromech Engineers shall maintain discipline and conform to office etiquette/regulations.
The statutory obligations in respect of the staff engaged by us shall be on our Engineers'
account.
Our Engineers will carry proper identity cards.
In no event shall Aeromech Engineer be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising
due to non-performance of equipments under this contract.
Our Engineers will not be responsible for any loss/damage/destruction of any part or parts
of the equipment, which may occur during the process of handling unless it has occurred due
to negligence/wrongful act on the part of our staff.
The contract shall be specific to the property, ownership, and location of equipment therein.
AMC agreement does not include refrigerant gas, cables/wire, pipes, paints, insulation etc.
Third-party liability is not in the scope of this contract.
The maintenance team visiting the site will be covered under statutory compliance like ESI /
PF Service tax/any other tax or levy if applicable shall be charged at actuals.
Price would be subject to escalation due to the following:
Imposition of new taxes, duties or levies during the tenure of the contract.
Our Engineers shall not be liable for the delay in adherence to time schedules or
performance of duties in case of Force Majeure conditions occurring during the contract
period. Such Force Majeure conditions will include
a. Earthquake, epidemic, flood, fire etc. or any other forms of natural calamity.
b. Riots, war, sabotage, strike, dharna or any other form or unforeseen stoppage of work.
However, please note that in the event of strike/bandhs having declared in advance
Suvidha engineers shall take necessary measures to operate and maintain the facilities.
c. Any ordinance of the government such as emergency etc.
d. Any other conditions beyond the control of the supplier or the owner.
