Instructions for Online Application

• Following documents need to be uploaded in Online application form:
The name of the uploaded files should be as: “FirstName_Title". Each scanned document should be of
300 dpi. Those are applying for multiple departments, may name the files as: “FirstName_Title_1”,
“FirstName_Title”, etc.)
Scan copy of all the following documents should be merged to a single file in the sequence as per
follows:
a. Scanned Copy of duly signed application form given in Page No.01.
b. Payment Slip/receipt Copy
c. Category Certificate (Only for SC, ST and OBC-NCL applicants) as per the format given
in CCMT/CCMN-2023 website
d. Photo ID proof as per Govt. of India norms.
e. 10th Marksheet
f. 10th Certificate
g. 12th Marksheet
h. 12th Certificate
i. All Marksheets of UG (For applicants who are in final semester/result is awaited, upload
the marksheets till prefinal semester)
j. Degree Certificate/Undertaking if degree is awaited as per the format given in
CCMT/CCMN-2023 website
k. JAM/GATE Score Card (If cleared)
l. Experience Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution/Department (for applicants
applying in Sponsored Category)
m. No Objection Certificate from the employer ((for applicants applying in Sponsored
Category)
n. Sponsorship Certificate issued by the employer
Note: The documents mentioned in point (l), (m) and (n) are mandatory for Sponsored
candidates in M.Tech.
Note:
• Incomplete applications or applications not in specified format or missing of the above-mentioned
documents will not be considered.
• Self-attested copies of the certificates have to be furnished after short listing or if asked by the
concerned department.
• If any incorrect/ false data is provided in the application form, the candidature/admission shall be
cancelled at any stage of the admission process or after.

Follow step by step process of fees payment as provided.
• Application fee has to be deposited through online only. Applicant has to pay through Online
Payment Gateway
• The applicant has to take a receipt of the online payment and note the transaction id.
• If you wish to apply for more than one Department, please send separate applications for each
Department with application fee of ₹300/- (₹100/- for SC/ST/PwD) for each programme.
