them for their relationships to be strong and long lasting, this can be achieved by being less direct
when they are turning down an offer. It is important for us to keep this in mind when interacting
with the Singaporeans. It is important for us to pause before answering this shows that we have
thought extensively about the question being asked, that way we can answer with an

thought to the question. Gift Giving Gift giving is also very important to the Singaporeans and
shows a sign of respect. There are a few do s and don ts when giving gifts some of these are no
giving of alcohol, scissors, knives as they are associated with killing. No handkerchief or clocks
as they are associated with death. A gift may be refused three times before accepting as this shows
that the receiver is not greedy. This is important for us when both giving and receiving gifts. Gift
giving is a sign of respect and if we want to have a good relationship during our business dealings it
is important that we follow through with these traditions.
Libertarianism In America
The traditional, successful political parties in the United States are the Republicans, and the
Democrats. However, as times arguably get worse, many are starting to look for a new alternative.
Many find that candidates from these two parties are no longer suiting the needs of the American
people. However, what if a new option existed, that did support the American people? A new option
that minimized government, and increased individual liberties. Well, than one would be speaking
about the Libertarian Party. Founded in 1971; the Libertarian Party believes in a strong promotion
for the rights of the individual, and for having a strict control on the authority of government. Other
aspects of a Libertarian government would include free markets,... Show more content on

It does not view its citizens as dollars, or just another number but rather as a human being of
importance. Libertarianism promotes the ideas that any person in said country has the right to
operate their life the way the choose; without unjustified involvement or interference by forces such
as government. If applied to the United States of America, I believe that we would prosper in ways
never seen before. The very men that created this government intended for its citizens to have the
most freedom possible, and through time we have allowed these dreams to be tarnished. Former
President and Founding Father Thomas Jefferson has stated, Timid men prefer the calm of
despotism to the tempestuous sea of liberty. Due to our current state of affairs, perhaps it is time
that we explore the sea of liberty and create long lasting change within this
Reinhartshausen History
The Past: Castle Reinhartshausen
Set 120 m from the Rhine River, the historic Hotel Reinhartshausen, was constructed on the site of
the 12th Century Castle, Castle Reinhartshausen. Castle Reinhartshausen was once home to the
knights of Erbach, and one hundred years later the knights of Allendorf lived on this ground. The
history of Chateau Reinhartshausen begins in the 17th Century, a traditional Reinhartshausen
château built in the Rheingau region, located in the cobblestone streets of Erbach, though the
Chateau always holds a special draw for visitors. Marianne of Prussia, daughter of King William I of
the Netherlands, took over the building including the ground and made Reinhaurtshausen a cultural
center of attraction, falling eventually ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

The Body Shop International Plc
After the boom of the third industry and the foundation of WTO, companies are now facing more
severe competitions than ever before, not only domestically but also internationally. Therefore,
figuring out how can we survive the competition and stand out from the others have been put ahead
of the schedule of plenty of enterprises. While many others are scrambling for marketing their
invariable products paying more attention to propaganda, packaging price strategies etc. some other
have found it more crucial to be innovative. But that is not enough, to achieve greater success, one
must combine proper managementand adequate entrepreneurial part, and this technique has later
evolved into the term entrepreneurial management . In this essay, I will mainly talk about how
companies using the entrepreneurial management make themselves distinguished from the others
and what value they create through this strategy by studying the case: The Body ShopInternational
Plc. First of all, I will give a brief introduction to the background of The Body Shop International
Plc. Then the essay will go further into the definition of the Entrepreneurial Management Model,
which is introduced to people by Dr. David Rae (2007), and how The Body Shop explains the
concept of the model by illustrating the management strategies the company uses and the
entrepreneurial skills it adopts respectively.
The Body Shop is a well known British beauty and skin care brand, founded in 1976 in Brighton,

Ivan Iv ( 1530-1584 )
Ivan IV (1530 1584) was proclaimed Grand Prince of Moscow in 1533 and from 1547 until his death,
the first to be crowned Tsar of Russia. During his reign, Ivan established autocracy, expanded Russia
s territory, and centralized its government. Ivan The Terrible earned his name through his unstable
personality, containing bloodlust, paranoia and violent outbursts that would ultimately hurt his own
country. On his deathbed, the Grand Prince of Moscow, Vasily III, told his wife, Princess Elena
Glinskaya, that his first son, Ivan IV, would inherit the throne after he dies and she would serve as
regent until he came of age, since he was three at the time. After his father s burial, Ivan IV was
proclaimed the true Sovereign of all Russia(Payne and Romanoff 24). After a successful five year
reign, Elena died surprisingly from either a heart attack or poison. Vasily Shuisky took the
regency and showed no sympathy to Ivan. He threw his mother s lover, Ivan Obolensky, into
prison and ordered his nurse, Agrafena Cheliadnina, into a nunnery. The feuding boyar families
of Belsky and Shuisky battled over power while Ivan was left neglected and served only to be a
figurehead to whomever was in control of the Regency. On December 29, 1943, the current
Regent, Andrey Shuisky, was arrested on the orders of Ivan. Instead of following the regular course
of events that were supposed to happen after an arrest in Kremlin Palace, Ivan ordered that his
prisoner s fate should be decided by the

Have you ever wanted to get away from the rush of the 21st century, and go somewhere peaceful?
I had that option, and I took it. I chose to travel back to when it was serene, back to 1845. I was
walking down the street to clear my head, after a fight with my wife. I was angry, she was
disappointed, and I just felt like I needed a new start. A man by the name of Pierce Larkin
approached me, and offered me a deal. A chance for a clean slate. I accepted the offer. I made a
deadly mistake. I awoke near a pristine, crystal clear, blue brook, untouched by mankind. A brisk
wind blowing, moving the trees like a peaceful whisper from above. I didn t know where I was or
how I got there. I plunged my cupped hands into the freezing water to rinse myself of the
unexplainable guilt I felt like a knife twisting in my gut. In the reflection... Show more content on

A brisk wind blowing, moving the trees like a peaceful whisper from above. I didn t know where
I was or how I got there. I plunged my cupped hands into the freezing water to rinse myself of the
unexplainable guilt I felt like a knife twisting in my gut. In the reflection of the stream, was a
face, unrecognizable. I began walking. I walked for 13 hours, until I reached a small settlement
appropriately called, Wentzville , named after the native Wintu Indians that were fought to make
the settlement. Wentzville was in the northern mountains of California, it was a dusty gray
German settlement, the founders fled to America due to religious persecution. As I walked into
Wentzville I began to recollect why I was here, I remembered my purpose. Immediately I reached
into my pockets where I had placed some gold coins and I went into the nearest store, bought two
gold pans, a Colt six shot, a brown leather canteen and I head d out. Up to the gold, a hidden
treasure. This was three years before the Gold Rush I knew I would be the only one with a treasure
Black Female Stereotypes
As I reflect on the context of identity, I learned my role as a Black female educator defied the
stereotyped images of Black women. I have first hand experiences of being marginalized based on
one s race and gender, also, being stereotyped based on the imagery in the media. For this reason, I
want my dissertation to be an autoethnographic exploration of my teaching experience, artwork,
theoretical research on feminismand critical racetheory. The following women: Bonnie Thorton Dill
and Ruth Zambrana (2017), Theodora Berry (2010), Patricia Hill Collins (2000), Kimberly
Crenshaw (1997) and Audre Lorde (2014) are role models based on their feminist research and
theory. I will draw upon an emerging critical Black feminist perspective on intesectionality... Show

These racialized images and visual codes continue to produce a meaning placed by the gaze from
the White American colonizers created for viewers to take part of the convoluted discussions
comprised of the social process and practices of interpretation (Sturken and Cartwright, 2009). I
theorize these fabrications of Black women only heighten stereotypes that depend on historical
myths and the viewers cultural knowledge. The White gaze reproduces racial codes that have
transformed into the classroom and school s climate. I incorporate Jennifer Martin s (2015)
discussion of racial battle fatigue (RBF) of dealing with the daily environment of microaggressions
whether intentional or not and its effects on Black female art educators identity. I plan to include
Berry s (2010) Critical Race Feminism (CRF) to explore my story as a teacher and artist to counter
the master narrative of domination. I share Thorton Dill and Zambrana s (2017) intersectional
scholarship, examining the exclusion and constraints exhibited in the lives and experiences of Black
women. I will explore the gap in feminist art education in the secondary education environment that
excludes the Black female artists. I realize the importance of how graphic narratives can illustrate
stories visually that may not communicate clearly through words. The significance of the study is to
provide a critical feminist lens to interrogate the visual narrative of race, class, and gender disparities
of Black female art educators in secondary
