In Both the Aquatic Uncle and Finding Nemo the plot and main characters revolve around fish
and their interactions with the sea/ocean. Though the main characters of the both stories may be

Finding Nemo the story is built around Marlon s son, Nemo finally growing up and going to some
aquatic exploratory school. Marlon is apprehensive about this, and his apprehension leads his son
to being captured by a human leading Marlon to search the ocean for his son. Along this journey he
is accompanied by a very forgetful fish named Dory, he teach Marlon trust which later leads Marlon

the elder fish meets Qfwfq s fiancée Lll and tells her the wonders of the ocean and Qfwfq feels
embarrassed by him as his fiancée enjoys the elder fish s company. Qfwfq tries to avoid his uncle
till one day his fiancée wants to see him again and ends up leaving Qfwfq for his uncle. Though
comedic in the ending the moral I drew from these two stories are that our main characters struggle
with both being committed to their inner selves, accepting and trusting

the majority of engagement with a club these would most likely have to take place quite close to
an enemy or prey. In battle you would use it the same way you would use and unworked tree
branch. This evolutionary weapons was not simply thought of overnight. According to author
William Weir, some ancient warriors may have noticed that a partially burned stick tended to have
appointed end the fire consumed the outer layers of the wood first. Then the warrior saw that if he
scraped the charcoal off the stick, the point became even sharper. Better yet, it was much harder
than wood. If he took a fairly long stick a straight branch or sapling and sharpened one end with the
fire and scraping, he d have a formidable weapon. Author Weir explains that that such weapons can
be found in between the ribs of animals such as elephants skeletons preserved in a German bog.
Author Weir also explains, Perhaps around the same time, people began breaking stones to get a
sharp edge for cutting meat and scrapping hides. They quickly learned that the best kind of stone
for this was flint or obsidian hard, glassy mineral that could be given an extremely sharp edge by
chipping. As they developed the technique of chipping, they produce thin, sharp edged needle
pointed blades. Then someone tried mounting one of these blades on the edge of a pole to make a
new and even deadlier type of spear. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The next big step as author Weir will explain was the use of metals first copper, then bronze, then
iron. According to author Trevor Nevitt Dupuy Bronze implement were used as early as the as

approximate distance of 1350 meters and are up to 16 meters tall. There is knowledge of at least
two walls to this date. The first, which is thought to have been built in the first century BC and
the second wall in the fourth century AD to provide defense against tribes that were from the

Student Athletes And Academic Achievement
Nonexperimental Research (McMillan, 2012, p.13): Nonexperimental research is a quantitative
research design in which the researcher has no control over any of the variables or factors within a
study, and thus cannot influence the behavior of the subjects of the study.
This phrase relates to a study that I may conduct because I would like to investigate how student
athletes academic achievement compares to that of non student athletes. In such an investigation, I
would have no over influence over whether or a not a student participated in athletics nor their
academic achievement. I would only be able to analyze data and determine if there were a
relationship between the variables.
Experimental Research (McMillan, 2012, p. 14): Experimental research is a quantitative research
design in which the researcher has control over one or more of the variables within a study, which
allows the researcher to influence the behavior of its subjects. The purpose of this type of research
is to observe is there are causal relationship between the controlled factor and other factors.
This term relates to a study that I might conduct because I am interested in testing the effects of
weekday practice times of high school sport teams on the academic achievement. In this experiment,
I would manipulate the behavior of the subjects by controlling the number of hours that teams spent
practicing on weekday afternoons.
