HOW TO BE CONSISTENT
Intro:
Well, first, why is being consistent important for success? Well, it is like the
building blocks of a building. You stack ‘em up until you finish the building, just like
in life, being consistent will build your success. A great example of this is Cristiano
Ronaldo himself. He is so consistent that he became One of the greatest football
player of all time. Enough of the yapping, we’ll get straight to the 5 most effective
ways to be consistent.
Hook Ideas: you are probably this person right here watching this video trying to be
consistent at something, but turns out you just cant.
Body:
1. Start Smaller than you think
Don’t start big immediately, You will be overwhelmed. Trust me. It is like
doing a hundred push-ups with no experience about working out at all or
lifting 100kg, but your PR is only 50kg. Lower that expectations buddy, you
will just disappoint yourself.
2. Create systems
By creating systems, you will easily know what you need to do, what you’ve
missed. It is simply a TO-DO list. So why is this? In terms of success. Most
people see their success from their perspective and even say what they
want to be. For example, “I want to be a Millionaire” and psychologically
speaking. They want the outcome, Not the success. Watch this video right
here to know why people can’t do what they say.
3. Track your progress
By tracking your progress, you can motivate yourself by seeing those little or
big results. It is like in video games where you grind to be rich, and as you
grow, you will still play that game since you like seeing progress. Like those
digits expanding. Don’t lie to me. You like numbers increasing.
4. Expect Resistance
This will not leave your progress of course, this is always on your side.
Resistance. Always expect the Plateau in your journey, it is where you can’t
see your progress in a while and there will be a time where it gets boring,
feeling unmotivated, burnout. But when you expect these things, the last
one will help you.
5. Be Kind, Not Lazy
When we talk about consistency, I know all of you think it is by doing
something every day without taking any rest. You are all wrong. Taking a
rest is part of the progress. Don’t be afraid to rest, your progress is not
going to restart. It is your charging day to recover all your energy and
consume it again in the next day.
Conclusion:
With all that being said, I hope this video helped you. Remember to start small
and increase the intensity overtime. So here’s what I want you to do. Comment
you small goal that is achievable within 10 days like doing push-up every day.
Don’t comment anything else yet. And after you finish that, go back to this video
and increase the intensity like doing 20 push-ups for 20 days. Alright, that’s it!
