Position Summery Advisor (Software Project Management)
B.E./ B.Tech / MCA and higher qualifications (desirable ) in the field of
Qualification: Computer Sc, IT, Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent from a
recognized University / any reputed institution recognized by AICTE /UGC.

Age : Maximum 62 years
Post Qualification Exp : • Must have at least 30- 35 years’ experience in IT, Software Application
Development, e-Governance project management in an organization of
repute preferably in Central / State PSUs in ICT/ ITeS sector.
Knowledge on digital transformation & transformational technologies e.
g. Data Science, analytics, AI, ML, Block Chain is preferable.
• Hands on experience with dealing with Senior officials in various Govt
Dept environment.
• Must have in depth experience in handling the induction and
management of Vendors in developing and delivery of the technology
services to the clients.
• Liaising with senior officials specially with the CTOs of different
Job Role/Responsibility Government departments (Clients) for understanding their need as well
handling: as pitching in for up to date technology the solutions suiting best to the
clients requirements and coordinating with internal team and business
partners.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for Projects (Effort
estimation).
• Preparation of proposal documents of various kinds of technology
services, software development & delivery, turnkey projects in
response to tender documents and processing of the same.
• Preparation & finalization of Contract /Agreement, SLA documents of
various turnkey projects monitoring, Software development lifecycle
and review of the same ensuring timeliness, quality control and
bottom-line growth.
• Handling teams of professionals and have command over
communication (both speaking and writing) with higher authorities in
the Govt Depts and Directorates.
Remuneration (CTC) Rs.25 Lacs p.a. (Approx). Negotiable, commensurate with experience
Nature of engagement Contractual appointment initially for a period of 1 year which is renewable
depending upon the performance and requirement of the Company.

their applications. No communications seeking clarifications etc would be entertained from the
candidates in this regard. The engagement is purely of contractual nature and does not entitle to be
considered on the permanent roll of the organisation
4. If at any subsequent stage or at the time of interview any information given by a candidate or any
claim made by a candidate in his /her applications is found to be false, his/her candidature is liable to
be rejected and if already inducted in contractual service, his/her engagement may be terminated
immediately and also liable for such other action as deem fit by the management.
5. Candidates, if called for interview, should attend the same at their own expenses.
6. If selected, the appointments of the candidates are subject to being declared medically fit by such
medical authority as may be prescribed by the management.
