number 1372968, Address: 1703 The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai, UAE, is pleased to offer you employment on and subject to the
following Employment Particulars and the General Terms and Conditions:

Contract Type Full Time
You shall receive the following entitlement as part of your Employment with Company:
Salary Structure Basic Salary AED 1200.00
Food Allowance AED 200.00
Gross Salary AED 1,400.00 (Per Month)
In words: AED One Thousand Four Hundred Only per month
Medical Insurance The Company shall provide you medical cover, in line with the Company’s policy as amended
from time to time by the Company at its sole discretion
Annual Leave/ Return In addition to public holidays declared by the UAE government, you are entitled to 30 calendar
Ticket Entitlement days of unpaid annual leave each year (calculated pro-rata for partial years). After completing two
full years of service, you will also be entitled to one return ticket to your home country, subject to
Company policies.
Accommodation & The company will provide accommodation and transportation as part of your employment package.
Transportation
Contract Duration Your initial employment contract will be for two years, in accordance with UAE Labor Law, and
will be a limited-term contract.
Visa and Work Permit The company will sponsor your work visa and residence permit in the UAE. You will be required
to provide the necessary documentation and cooperate in completing the visa application process.
Working Hours Your working hours will be 9 hours per day, in accordance with UAE Labor Law provisions, plus
1 hour of overtime (OT) per day. These hours may change from time to time, and any changes will
be communicated to you by your Line Manager.
Visa and Work Permit A probation period of 6 months will apply. During this period, either party may terminate the
contract with 14 days' notice, as stipulated in the labor law.
End of Service Benefits You will be entitled to end-of-service benefits in compliance with UAE Labor Law, based on your
final salary and the duration of your service.
Termination of Either party may terminate the contract by providing the appropriate notice period, as required by
Employment UAE Labor Law (usually 30 days). Upon termination, the company will ensure that your final
dues, including any accrued leave, are paid in accordance with UAE Labor Law.
Confidentiality and Non- During and after your employment, you are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding the
Disclosure company’s business operations, intellectual property, and sensitive information.
Your employment is also conditional upon obtaining satisfactory clearances, references in due course and availability of an Employment
Visa.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, process your Employment Visa under the Company or any of its affiliate companies.
The Company reserves the right to retract the offer and cancel this Agreement at its sole discretion, at any time prior to the
Commencement Date, without any justification or liability whatsoever, and without the need for any legal proceedings or court order,
and you will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever as a result of such cancellation of the Agreement.
