How to reset your BUE

account password
Reset password is the action of invalidating the current password
for an account on a website, service, or device, and then creating a
new one. A password may be reset using the settings of the
software or service.

Why is the Process of a Password Reset Important?

Password reset is an important process for both customers and


businesses. Customers need access to their accounts as quickly as
possible when they've forgotten their password (which – they will),
and businesses need to make sure that the process is quick and
easy for them (which is – inevitable).
1- Open www.office.com Then Sign in.
2- Choose Can’t access your account, then next
3- Choose Work or school account.
4- Write your email with full name such as (your-
[email protected]) and write the verifying code
as per the image.
5- Enter your phone number, then text
6- Enter the verification code received on your mobile
phone, then text.
7- Enter your new password. Password must be complex, make sure that the
password at least 8 characters with uppercase. lowercase and special
characters (like space or symbols such as @&$).
8- Done
How to change your account password

1- Open your email on any web browser and follow the following screenshot, click your account
name on the top right corner and choose view account.
2- Choose “change password.”
3- Enter your new password. Password must be complex as
minimum 8 characters such as small and capital letters, symbols,
and numbers.
