1. Aloo Gobi

Ingredients:

- 2 potatoes

- 1 small cauliflower

- 1 onion

- Turmeric

- Coriander powder

- Cumin

- Ginger

- Salt

- Oil

Instructions:

1. Fry cumin and onion. 2. Add potatoes, cauliflower, and spices. 3. Cook covered until soft. Serve

with chapati.
2. Chana Masala

Ingredients:

- 2 cups chickpeas

- 1 onion

- 2 tomatoes

- Ginger-garlic paste
