Pollution) Acl-197 4, under section-2'l of the Air (Preventron and Control of Pollution)-1981 and
Authorization under rule 6(2) of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary
Movement) RuEs, 2016, framed under the Environmental (Protection) Act-1986.

And whereas Board has received CC&A (Fresh) application inward no: 197391 dated: 23loll2O21 fot the
Consolidated Consent and Authorization (CC & A) of this Board under the provisions / rules of the

 6.5 The authorization is subject to the following general and specific conditions:
A General Conditiona under Hazardoua and other Wastes (Management and Transboundary
Movement) Rules-2016:
1 The authorized person shall comply with the provisions ofthe Environment (Protection) Act, 1986,
and the rules made there under.
2 The authorization or its renewal shall be produced for inspection at the request of an officer
authorized by the State Pollution Control Board.
3 The Board reserves the right to review and/or revoke the consent and/or make variations in the
condit{ons which the Board deems, fit in accordance with Section 27 of the Act.

-fhe person authorized shall not rent, lend, sell, transfer or otherwise transport the hazardous and
other wastes except what is permrtted through this authorization.
5 Any unauthorized change in personnel, equipment or working conditions as mentioned in the
applicahon by the person authorized shall constitute a breach of his authorization.
6 The person authorized shall implement Emergency Response Procedure (ERP) for which this
authonzation is being granted considering all site specific possible scenarig4such as spillages,
leakages fire etc. and their possible impacts and also carry out mock drill iNh\regard at regular

7 The person authorized shall comply with the provisions outlined ilQrSftral Pollution Control
Board guidelines on "lmplementing Liabilities for Environmental Otlbgbs due to Handling and
Drsposal of Hazardous Waste and Penally" \
I It is the duty of the authorized person to take prio, permiss(?$e State Pollution Control Board
to close down the facility. Y
9 The imported hazardous and other wastes shall be fully insured for transit as well as for any
accidental occurrence and its clean-up operation.
10 The record of consumption and fate of the rmported hazardous and other wastes shall be
maintained.
11 The hazardous and other waste which gets generated during recycling or reuse or recovery or
pre-processing or utilization of imported hazardous or other wastes shall be treated and disposed
of as per specific conditrons of authorizatron.
12 The importer or exporter shall bear the cost of import or export and mitigation of damages if any.

'13 An application for the renewal of an authorization shall be made as laid down under these Rules.

2 ln case of renewal of authorization, a self-certified compliance report in respect of effluent,

emission standards and the conditions specified in the authorization for hazardous and other
wastes shall be submitted to SPCB.
4 The occupier of the facility shall comply Standard operating procedure/ guidelines published by
MoEF&CC or CPCB or GPCB from time to time.
5 Unit shall comply provisions of E-Waste Management Rules-2016.
