to see my family w.e.f 12-05-2025 to 08-06-2025 (28-days)) Ex-Pakistan Leave do hereby
declare and undertake that I will remain to my country (Pakistan) on the expiry of leave

of the period of leave or resign from services while aboard, I will pay Rs (_Rs
(1,00,000’(Rupees one lac only) to the Education Department Punjab on behalf of
the Govt. of the Punjab if and when desired in case I fail to pay the said amount of
surety/guarantor the education department is competent to recover said amount of
surety from the personal property of the executants through Court.
