MINUTES OF MEETING

Dated: 17.02.2025

As per the Minutes of Meeting held between LHAKI STEEL & ROLLING PVT.LTD,
RANA UDYOG and KRISHNA KRIPA AUTOMATION, Ranchi.

Mr. Bablu Yadav reached site on dated 26.09.2024 , Ms. Anupma Kumari
reached site on 12.11.2024 and Mr. Rahul Prakash Choudhary reached site on
16.12.2024 the following points were highlighted,

 Pre commissioning work done in which tightness of screw check of all panel
including continuity test and connection of each and every equipment present in
panel.
 Soldering in calibration card check of all stack controller panel.
 Continuity and Meggering test done of Armature cable, field cable, blower cable,
encoder cable.
 CT connection check of all stack controller panel and flying shear panel.
 All Dc motor megger value check.
 Armature cable, field cable, encoder cable, blower motor cable laying and
connection done from panel to motor.
 Main control desk to all panel connection done.
 All motor running test done in local mode.
 Profibus card and cabel connection done in every panel.
 Simatic Manager and WIN CC software install in system and setup done.
 Cable Connection of Continuous Shear, CCS1 & CCS2 Panel Twin Channel 1&2 ,
Before Block PR ,Pre PR, PRM, Post PR, TB1&2 to PLC panel done.
 Proximity switches connection done at Flying Shear, Continuous Shear, Twin
Channel, CCS1 & CCS2 , .
 HMD Connections at CCS1&2, and before block PR ,TMT Section and before GPR
1 done.
 PLC program installed in PLC.
 STANDs 1 to 12 ran at remote mode.
 Looper installation between stand 5 &6 ,9 &10 and 10&11 , repeater between 6
&7 and before block , lopper cable connection done.
 Lopper program was added in PLC.
 Panels of stands 1 to 8 ran at remote mode for the size of 25mm.
 Panels of stands 1 to 12 ran at remote mode for the size of 12mm, cutting is done
by Continuous shear and Flying shear both.
 Panels of stands 1 to 10 ran at remote mode for the size of 16mm, 20mm cutting
is done by Flying Shear shear.
 Panels of stands 1 to 6 ran at remote mode for the size of 32mm, single shifter
used in this without cutting.
 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm sizes of billet also rolling out successfully.
 Roughing Side Conveyor All AC motor programming and connection done, all
drive running Successfully.
 Rack Side all Ac drive connection done with proper working, Old drives tested
working condition. Bending Side AC motor work pending.
 Twin Channel Power card changes from 2Q to 4Q.

Mr. Bablu Yadav left the site dated 18-02-2025.


Ms. Anupma Kumari left the site on dated 30-01-2025.
Mr. Rahul Choudhary left the site on dated 31-12-2024.

Mr. MD Muniruzzaman sir will take the charge of the site from 13-02-2025.
