Terms of Development and Payment and Technology.

Initial and Tentative Project development cost is around 40 Lacks. (Could vary as per changing or
increasing scope.)

First phase of the development will need around 5 - 10 lacks of advance payment.
First phase will last upto 2 months.
This includes hosting of a test, development and production environment on cloud, team of developers
and a tester and an architecture engineer.
Where in the rst phase of development, we need to clear below two points.

First Phase:
1. Project Kicko and Planning.
- Hold a kicko meeting to discuss project details and expectations. (With Client)
- Finalise the project scope and requirements. (With Client)
- Plan the development approach, including technology stack and tools. (Within team)

2. Frontend Development.
- Design and develop a user-friendly interface for the website.
- Ensure responsive design for a seamless user experience across various devices.
- (After Lab visit)
- Display oil tested parameters and reports in a visually appealing and understandable format.
Implement charts or graphs for data representation if required.

Second phase of the development will need around 15 - 20 lacks of advance payment.
Second Phase will last upto 3 months.
This will include backed development and integration of the backend with frontend with report display.
End to end testing of the implemented solution so far.
In second phase of the development, we need to do points 3, 4 and 5.

Second Phase:
3. Backed development.
- Server Setup:
- Con gure Node.js server on AWS EC2 for hosting the backend.
- Implement security measures to protect the server.
- API Development:
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication with the frontend.
- Handle data validation and sanitise inputs to prevent security vulnerabilities.
- Database Integration:
- Set up connections to required databases.
- De ne database schemas and models for storing oil tested parameters.
- Integration with Testing Device: (After Lab visit)
- Develop the necessary logic to communicate with the oil testing device.
- Ensure seamless integration and accurate data retrieval.
- Business Logic: (After Lab visit)
- Implement business logic for processing oil tested parameters.
- Perform necessary calculations and transformations.
- Authentication and Authorisation:
- Set up user authentication.
- De ne roles and permissions for user access control. (Admin, Tester, Customer)
- Security:
- Implement secure coding practices to prevent common vulnerabilities.
- Use encryption for sensitive data during transmission.
- Logging and Error Handling:
- Set up logging for tracking server activities.
- Implement error handling to gracefully manage exceptions.

4. Integration With Frontend.
- API Integration:
- Integrate with backend APIs for data retrieval and submission.
- Implement error handling for API requests.
- Data Visualisation:
- Display oil tested parameters in a visually appealing and understandable format.
- Implement charts or graphs for data representation if required.

5. Iterative Testing.
- Perform integration testing to ensure seamless communication.
- Collaborate with end-users for user acceptance testing. (After Lab visit)
- Address and x issues identi ed during testing.

Third phase of the development will require remaining complete payment.
Third Phase will last upto 1 month.
This will include primarily testing and xes wherever required.
In this phase of the development, we need to do the delivery of the product.

Third Phase:
6. Product Delivery.
- Implemented solution and software (website).
- Right of the code base.
- Documentation and test cases.
