Once Connected to the right person:

First, we will check whether your business or brand name is available to register in the Trade Marks
Registry (TMR) of the Government of India. Within one working day, we will send you a detailed Search
Report. This report will show if anyone in India has already registered or applied for the same or similar
trademark. Our experts ensure a detailed search.

At the same time, we will set up your TROM (Trademark Online Management) Account on our
portal ipronline.com, just like a Gmail account. You WIll receive your Login Details by email. Once logged in,
you can view the Search Report and track updates in your TROM account. You will also get updates and
alerts through email and SMS.

Sir/ Ma'am, our in-house law firm, 'IPR Law Associates,' will prepare a Set of Legal Documents to Apply for
Trademark Registration.Once you sign the documents, we will file the application with the Trademarks
Registry under the Government of India. And, you will receive a unique Trademark Number within 10
working days, and then you can start using ™ with your trademark.

Your trademark application will go through different steps of the process. The Standard Procedure includes
the Examination Report, Examination Report Reply, Show Case Hearings and Advertisement in the
Trademarks Journal for 4 months. Your authorised Attorneys in our in-house law firm will handle every step
upto your registration certificate.

All related documents and status will be updated in your TROM Online Account on a real-time basis. At
every step of the process, you get Alerts through SMS and email.

If the prospect says the period of usage: By using the brand in the market, you have created a Goodwill.
As you are already using the trademark, our in-our Law 'Firm IPR Law Associates' will prepare an Affidavit
to prove the goodwill of your brand.

Total Standard Procedure takes about 8 to 18 months, from the search to registration. Once you get the
registration certificate, you can use ® (R in a circle) with your trademark. The certificate is valid for 10 years
and to be renewed one in every 10 years.
