We heartily welcome you to our NARAYANA family. Thank you very much for giving us the responsibility of
moldings your child future. We assure that as part of our legacy we give the BEST to make your ward successful in
all the competitive entrance exams appeared by your ward at the end of Intermediate. In this endeavor we need your
co-operation. To improve the academic standards and result of your student we have taken the following measures.
1. If your ward happens to be absent to college, please send leave letter duly signed by you.
2. To get best result student should not be absent for week days teaching class schedule.
3. Please see that your ward should not be absent on exam days i.e. Saturday and Sunday (competitive Exams-
Mains-Advance). If child is absent for weekend exam, Fee concession will be cancelled.
4. Please guide and monitor that your ward should do work at least 3 hours per day in your home on academics.
Take care of your ward’s study schedule at home.
5. Please visit the campus once in every month to discuss your ward’s academic performance with concern teachers.
6. Please co-operate with the college management in timely remitting of your ward fee installment commitments to
clear your ward college fee dues installment details given below.
7. (I) 1st Installment –15th JUNE-2025 → 50% + material.
(II) 2nd Installment –5th SEPTEMBER → 25%
(III) 3rd Installment –5th-DECEMBER → 25%
PAYMENT MODE: Payment should be done at Accounts Section.
NOTE: You are requested not to pay college fee to any individual accounts or UPI. Management is not responsible
for Personal Payments.
IMP NOTE: Please note that it is mandatory to pay the fees on or before the due date. If not, you must follow Late
Fee Policy.
Late Fee Policy:
Rs.50/- per day will be charged for delayed payments.
The late fee will be calculated from the due date of each installment, as follows:
1st Installment: 1st JULY (Late fee will be added to balance fee)
2nd Installment: 1st October (Late fee will be added to balance fee)
3rd Installment: 1st JANUARY (Late fee will be added to balance fee)
It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure timely payment of fees to avoid late fee charges.
8. Do not give any electronic gadgets (cellphone and others) to your ward. We won’t allow it in campus premises
9. All parents are requested to meet the campus principal visiting hours between 4pm to 6pm
10. If there is any change in your address, phone number or your mail id, please intimate to the college office
immediately in order to have un-interrupted information of your ward from college.
11. You are requested to go through the circulars sent from college time to time and respond accordingly.
12. Health issues of your ward (if any) like convulsions (fits), breathing problem (asthma) must be informed to the
principal and class teacher without fail.
13. Do not send junk food to college for your wards, which may deteriorate their health. Please send carbohydrate
food, vegetables and fruits.
14. Do not allow your wards (college) to ride bike which is dangerous.
15. All Original certificates (TC.SC, CC, ADHAR ZEROX X - MARKS MEMO , PHOTOS ) should submit on or
before 20-6-2025.
